Lage einmalig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen super gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war extrem klein. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein dürfen.

A great getaway idyll.
Pros:

Ideal setting. Excellent facilities, Good hotel restaurant offering various choices on a menu that changes daily.Telephone directory of a wine list. Excellent breakfast with very attentive waiting staff.

Cons:

If, like my wife and I, you are reliant on the local transport to do some island exploring, the local buses can be somewhat frustrating. The hotel, however, does offer a free transport link to Proccio itself, which we found very useful.

Un posto meraviglioso
Pros:

Struttura funzionale, molto bella e pulita, personale gentile e premuroso. Location unica sul mare, con spiaggia bellissima.

Cons:

Solo per offrire un contributo al miglioramento dei servizi assicurati dalla struttura, forse rivedrei la modalità con la quale vengono assegnati in spiaggia l'ombrellone e i lettini ai clienti, e magari curerei meglio il locale palestra.

If going to Elba would stay again here.
Pros:

We had the dinner included and it was the highlight of the trip, I don't know what would have happened if we would have to try to find food at those hours without a car.
The beach was amazing.

Cons:

At breakfast there were so many wasps it was difficult to eat.
The first night we discovered the room was not so clean, below the bed there was a lot of dust, but the staff was quick to clean it for us.

È l'albergo peggiore in cui sia mai stato!

Ho trascorso una vacanza in questa città costiera con i genitori e i miei figli, sperando di vivere bei momenti in famiglia. Purtroppo, ciò che ha fatto questo hotel "4 stelle" è incredibile e inaccettabile.

Innanzitutto, mentre stavamo facendo colazione nell'area esterna dell'hotel, l'ombrellone (enorme) della spiaggia — come si vede nelle foto che ho scattato — è caduto colpendo i miei figli di 2 e 5 anni. I bambini sono rimasti profondamente shockati e feriti: avevano lividi e gonfiori sulla nuca. Per fortuna non sanguinavano, ma è stato comunque grave.
Abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di chiamare un'ambulanza, ma solo perché non c’era sangue, ci hanno risposto: “Probabilmente non è necessario”. È incomprensibile che un hotel a 4 stelle possa pronunciare simili parole e mostrare un atteggiamento così irritante.

Una signora, probabilmente la manager dell'hotel, con arroganza e modi maleducati — oltre a un tono razzista — ha fatto commenti inaccettabili. Nessuno vuole che accadano incidenti, purtroppo succedono.
Se venite in vacanza con bambini, non scegliete questo hotel: se non sanguina, per loro non è un problema. Non affronteranno la situazione, anzi vi diranno di rivolgervi a un avvocato o di portarli in tribunale. Queste sono state le sue parole esatte.

Noi non abbiamo nemmeno menzionato alcun risarcimento. la manager ci ha detto: “Anche se voleste 10.000 euro, non ve li daremmo”. Signora manager, è forse paranoica? Tutti sono fascisti come lei? Se ha problemi, si curi in una clinica psichiatrica, invece di credere che tutti la pensino come lei.

Per non parlare della camera: sporca, impianti vecchi, aria condizionata che non raffredda, insetti in stanza… niente a che vedere con uno standard a 4 stelle. Devono aver usato la magia per ottenere la classificazione!

Ottima posizione e struttura confortevole, ma senza ascensore
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, in posizione ideale con accesso diretto alla spiaggia (privata e attrezzata) in una baia piccola e riparata anche in caso di mare mosso.
Struttura grande (credo circa 70 camere) e ben curata, con ampi spazi all’aperto e diversi saloni al chiuso per colazione e cena.
Camera non grandissima ma molto funzionale con ottimo servizio di pulizia.
Colazione nella media per hotel di questa categoria.
Cena con menu molto vario e ben curato soprattutto per i piatti di pesce; dessert non eccellente e ripetitivo.
Personale numeroso, gentile e collaborativo.
Ci siamo stati per una settimana a fine agosto e ci siamo trovati bene, a parte le scale da fare.

Cons:

Purtroppo, ed è la prima volta che mi capita in un hotel a 4 stelle, manca l’ascensore.

La posizione della struttura è molto felice e baricentrica rispetto alle altre località dell'isola, il personale è molto cortese ed i servizi a disposizione degli ospiti sono ben organizzati.
