Villa Chee

Bilik kontena sempit, Bantal hanya disediakan 2 shj utk katil queen. Air pool tidak bersih.Badan kena gatal² lepas mandi kolam.Facility tidak diselenggara dengan baik.Tidak disediakan pemanas air dalam bilik. Owner perlu sediakan penapis air coway dan tiada limit penggunaan bagi kemudahan pengguna pada setiap masa sepanjang penginapan.

masuk pintu je dah banyak nyamuk. maybe hotel boleh usahakan pasang ubat nyamuk elektrik untuk setiap bilik.

Got small serangga in the room and also i suggest that villa chee provide hanging drawer outside bathroom..

We took a freestanding Villa as we had a family of 10. The villa was super basic. The air-con wasn't working well in a few bedroom, it wasn't as clean omce you looked around as there were cockroaches and dead insects everywhere you look. It's like they built a villa and hope guesrs will just pay to stay. Very little by way of pots and pans and amenities were close to none.

Cleanliness you may not expect to be good as there's cockroach in the room, towels are torn, stains on the bed frame

The room is very minimal without much amenities

1) room cleanliness
2) stain on bedsheet, pillow case & towels
3) bath gel mix with water
4) dirty floors

Many mosquitoes AND insects all over The ceiling in The room AND The rooms have foul smells

Swimming pool water is quiet dirty

Upon checking in to the property, we were extremely disappointed to find that the unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. It appeared to have been cleaned a long time ago and left untouched until our check-in. The condition of the unit was unacceptable, with multiple hygiene and cleanliness issues, including:
1. An unfinished takeaway beverage hanging on the curtain, clearly left there for a long time.
2. Floors covered in thick dust — our feet turned black after walking from the entrance to the kitchen.
3. Bedsheets and towels full of dust, indicating they had not been changed or properly maintained.
4. A dirty sofa poorly covered with a thin sheet, seemingly to conceal the dirt underneath.
5. Dusty and stale air throughout the property, causing some of us to sneeze continuously.
6. No proper kitchen utensils provided. The wok and water boiler were dusty & rusty. I requested the front desk for a better condition water boiler and they did sent a better one. Everything else in the kitchen was covered with spider webs and lizard droppings.

We immediately reported these issues to the front desk, and housekeeping was sent to clean the unit. However, due to the overall poor condition, we requested a room change. The front desk then offered us a “container room,” which was significantly smaller, yet claimed it was an upgrade. This response was frustrating, as we noticed there were larger units equivalent to our booking — but were told those required additional payment.

This experience was highly disappointing and far below expectations.
