Pros:

The place is privileged with the view and location, the room are spacious but needs more natural vent.

Cons:

Unfortunately the drainage in the room stinks. The bed in our case that we are used to have a more hard bed this one was not comfy for us.

Pros:

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. We were staying for only 2 nights, but due to insecurity events happening in the area, we were stayed a 3rd night. The hotel staff was superb on handling this situation!

Cons:

מלון מאוד יקר ביחס לתמורה, ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד, היו הרבה אורחים ונגמרו המגבות לבריכה, מקבלים בקבוק מים לחדר רק ביום הראשון. חדר גדול אבל מאוד מאוד מינימלי (אין כספת למשל).

Las instalaciones son amplias, el ambiente es tranquilo ideal para descansar, esta relativamente cerca del muelle de matanchen por lo que se puede llegar caminando.

El desayuno es siempre puntual y los costos de la comida son muy accesibles.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena pero moverse es complicado, estaría bien que contaran con alguna especie de renta de bicicletas o mototaxi propio, no importa si se tiene que pagar un costo extra porque ir a una tienda o conseguir algo es difícil si no llevas auto y se gasta mas tiempo y dinero en taxis, ya que hay ciclovías bastante amplias.

Una sugerencia es que agreguen pequeños frigobares.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención y amabilidad del personal. El desayuno es bueno pero es lo mismo diario. Y la ubicación me gustó mucho. Aunque sin auto hubiese sido difícil moverse en los alrededores. Pero me encantó la playa al pie del hotel fue de lo mejor.

Cons:

Que no avisan que hay que llevar toallas porque no las prestan ni alquilan sí uno las necesita fuera del hotel.
