Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in bester Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Hotelinhaberin empfangen und sie gab‘ uns Tipps und Wegbeschreibungen. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und es war sehr sauber. Das Hotel lag für uns sehr gut.

Jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Wir waren nach 40 Jahren zum ersten Mal wieder in Schwerte. Als wir Kinder waren, war das Hotel Reichshof ein unerreichbarer Palast am Bahnhof und wir haben durch die großen Fenster in das hellerleuchtete Restaurant geguckt.
Jetzt habe ich endlich im Reichshof gewohnt und bin sehr, sehr zufrieden.
Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung und der Info über Schlüssel und Parkplatz gingen wir in unser schönes, sauberes und freundliches Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bahnhof.
Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, inkl. Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Fernseher mit Streamingmöglichkeit und einem gemütlichen Bett. Das Bad geräumig und sauber.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Schwerte bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Schönes, altes Haus, innen wie außen renoviert und gut instand gehalten. Familiengeführt und freundliches Personal, Lage direkt ab Bahnhof. Schwerter Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, diverse Restaurants im Radius von 15 Gehmninuten.
Das Comfortzimmer ein ein großes 140m Einzelbett , Minibar und zeitgenössisch renoviertes Bad. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.
Frühstück gibt es per Gutschein bei Kamps im Bahnhof oder beim regionalen Bäcker (5 Gehminuten).

Es gibt Parkplätze direkt im Hof, das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Mödlichkeit eines Checkins außerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten mit Zusatzkosten wurden klar kommuniziert und dies war auch kurzfristig noch möglich. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Frühstück, man bekommt aber auf Wunsch Empfehlungen mit Rabattgutschein in fußläufiger Umgebung

Cons:

Although it says, one needs to pay breakfast at the location: THERE IS NO BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL. They send you to the shops in the railway station or a local bakery (some streets away), where you will get a voucher for 10% cheaper .

Minibar is not free (as usual these days, when there are thing.), but it does not say anywhere.

No kettle or coffee mashine anywhere.

Parking is not free. 7 €, which you cannot see in booking. There is much other, similar parking possibilities around, so avoid.

Desk and the only chair in the room not comfortable to work at (whuch one may need to do after early arrival).
Room is small, outdated, a bit smelly, not what one would expect for 97€.

Ckeck in is 19:30 latest, when I arrived 19:00, there was neither staff nor the key where it should be. It took some 20 min after someone came.

Check out is 9:30! (unusual these days)

Although there was contact with the hotel before, they told me only at arrival that there will we work in the house at 7:00 in the morning.

I wouldn't have said anything if the price was not 97,- and things had been more transparent in the booking process (would not have booked a place without breakfast at the start of a very full work day, e.G.). For this price I stayed at much more comfortable places.

当地值得入住体验的温馨酒店
Pros:

温暖舒适的房间，有历史感的建筑，工作人员友善热情，地理位置离闹市区方便，楼下路对面有超市

Cons:

洗澡时热水要等一段时间，可能是房屋本身有点年份管道比较旧的原因吧

Praktisch für 1 Nacht mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Inhaber war sehr nett und hat nach Rücksprache eine andere Anreisezeit ermöglicht.
Obwohl neben Bahnhof gelegen, Nachts ziemlich ruhig (selbst bei offenem Fenster)

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst hat kein eigenes Frühstück, arbeitet aber mit einer Bäckerei um die Ecke zusammen.
Und dieses Frühstück war gut. Keine Aufbackbrötchen, wie bei anderen Hotels...
Ich war mit einem Kollegen und Kunden das erste mal im Reichshof, weil wir zum BVB Spiel nach Dortmund wollten. Die Hotelbetreiber haben uns hier sehr gut über den Schienenersatzverkehr informiert, sodass wir pünktlich beim Spiel waren.
