Pros:

Sehr schönes großzügiges Zimmer (703) / Suite mit großem Balkon.
Fussläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar.

Cons:

Leichte Mängel: Schiebetür zur Ankleide war blockiert. Silberfische in der Badewanne. Ein Waschbeckenablauf undicht. Duschtür innen ohne Griff. Milch beim Frühstück aus der Tüte.

Spacious room, good control penal for lightings, and temperature
King sized room with 2 sofas
Well equipped gym room
Spacious Quiet lounge for reading, leisure vibe very good !
Kids play room
Not a big hotel, so breakfast time not crowded, with unlimited ordering of breakfast, so no need walk in and out

Exceed our expectactions.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing and exceeds our expectations. But I have to mention, the hotel front desk Carl Tian, who was incredibly helpful and kind—always courteous and ready to address our needs. Everyone in the group agreed that he was very friendly and made our stay in Shenzhen so much smoother.
