Pros:

Otel çok merkezi bir konumdaydı. Odalar çok geniş ve rahattı. Temizlik çok iyi yapılmıştı. Banyolar yenilenmişti. Çarşaflar çok temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi.

Cons:

İkinci sabah resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ve otel sorumlusu hanımefendi maalesef çok suratsızdılar. Çıkış yaptığımızda valizlerimizi birkaç saat bırakmak istedik biraz gönülsüz onayladılar. Akşam üzeri valizlerimizi almaya gittiğimizde de valizlerimizi bıraktığımız valiz odasından çıkarıp mutfak tarafına bırakmışlardı. Yüz ifadeleri ve tavırları hiç hoş değil.

Odaların temizliği ve konforu çok yeterliydi. Otelin konumu yürüyerek gezebilmek adına iyiydi. Otopark 2026 Nisan ayında bir gün için 10€’ydu.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, bardzo fajny obiekt
Pros:

Bardzo klimatyczny pokój z klimatyzacją i balkonem. Pokój fajnie wyposażony, łazienka czysta, pościel czysta. Obiekt w zamkniętej strefie dla ruchu, ale po drugiej stronie ulicy jest parking publiczny, więc można zaparkować i przejść. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, ciężko o lepszą. Wszystkie atrakcje miasta w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Śniadanie bez szału i fajerwerków, ale wystarczające.

Cons:

Pani z recepcji mogłaby nie stać przy nakładaniu śniadania i nie obserwować co i ile się nakłada bo to trochę krępujące. Gdyby nie zapach z kanalizacji w łazience to wystawiłbym 10.

I enjoyed my stay in the hart of the ancient Plovdiv

Great location. From balcony in my room it was possible to see the ancient ruins of Plovdiv! And it was 180-degree view.!
And the staff was very helpful.

personne n'était à la réception à notre arrivée ,il a fallu appeler ,via un interphone
de plus notre voiture était bloquée à l'entrée de la rue à 150m de l'hôtel par une barrière ,qui a été débloquée + tard lorsqu'une réceptionniste est arrivée(après 15 minutes d'attente)

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Lovely old style accommodation. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Varied breakfast. Good coffee.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

The verandah looked lovely and we would gave chosen ti gave breakfast in there overlooking the ruins but it smelt badly of stake cigarettes.
