Pros:

Good sized room with ensuite and huge bathtub. Really comfortable bed and well priced. Food was good a lots of drink and food deals. Would stay again as central to everything

Very welcoming, good pub but rooms shabby
Pros:

The manageress was wonderful. Trying to check us in whilst running the bar on St Patrick’s Day single handed. Was so helpful and welcoming. Was a good fun pub and we did have a nice Guiness and steak pie. Bed itself was clean and comfortable. Such a lot of potential, was lovely old building.

Cons:

I’m sorry to give this review as she was so lovely. The upstairs area and room so dated and shabby. Far beyond old world charm. It was was so overpriced compared with other accommodation we’d stayed in on the trip. There were other things that have been covered in reviews which I hadn’t read prior. I hope they are able to afford to restore as building had so much potential and committed staff.

Es war in Ordnung für den gezahlten Preis :-)
Pros:

Großes bequemes Bett und ein Waschbecken im Zimmer :-)

Cons:

Laute Musik auch nach 22 Uhr, auch wenn dieses bei der Buchung angeben war, stand dort leider nicht wie lange die Musik so laut ist.

Shit
Cons:

We arrived at 6.45 had a meal and watched a game of rugby. By 9 pm the duty manager decided we were showing signs of intoxication and refused to serve us. I think we may have had 4 handles of beer each. At the same time she was pouring shots for her friends and videoing them drinking them. We are all in our 60s and very responsible but we felt she wanted rid of us so she could party with her young friends. Very disappointed and will never be back again
