Location is good

Cons:

Air cond is not cold, fridge not very effective also, plus there was a cup of old drink inside the fridge. Pic at bottom. Room soundproofing is bad, a lot of noise from cars & motorcycles can be heard in the room.

The staff needs to be trained in customer service. Long face. Not friendly at all. If I were to walk in and book, I would have left the place and find some other place.
