No wifi, no signal for TV, people drinking and eating at the pool and speaking profanity (US & MX)
Nice location,very clean and nice scenery. Close walk to the beach . Also the property had central heat which was great !

The area is beautiful
The resort was great and close to the beach.
I was disappointed with many things including that booking.com did not mentioned that this was a private residential and not a resort as mentioned. When I booked I thought it was a hotel. The apartment smelled moldy, dusty and dirty. The apartment was not kept to standards, the freezer had mold and the bathrooms were not clean including the towels. Lights and TV kept flicking and the beds were not comfortable.

La cercanía a la playa, a las albercas y las areas verdes muy bien cuidadas.
La lavandería se paga en dolar y se dificulta conseguir las monedas. Me gustaría que la casa o unidad habitacional tuviera su propio centro de lavado.

The beach
The apartment did not meet our expectations. Towels, pots and most kitchenware were old or broken. It advertised it came with a bbq and it didn’t have one. We brought food to bbq and had to cook it on the old burned pans so it didn’t go to waste. I don’t like to give bad reviews but for the money we paid we expected what it advertised, “A luxurious apartment” apartment needs to be totally renovated to charge that kind of money. Won’t be staying there again and would not recommend.
the property is beautiful we stay here many times
I didn't like the particular property. floor was not clean and we had a neighbor cat that seemed to live there and want to be in the house all the time. it was no pleasing to my guest because she was allergic and broke out in hives. but over all property is one of my favorite to stay for 20yrs
Security
Wifi not strong enough. Needed soap to wash dishes and paper towels.
It was reasonable and walking distance to beach.
No internet , TV in room didn’t work and it had a mildew smell. Needs some up keeping.
No service whatsoever
There were five of us for two days no clean towels and only two rolls of toilet paper no service whatsoever
