había mucho ruido hasta tarde y desde temprano, estaba en una zona alejada del centro y no había restaurantes ni supermercados, la playa de delante era horrible y no era para bañarse

Personnel discret mais qui a tenté de m'aider pour trouver une carte SIM. Chambre sympathique. Lit confortable. Mais attention ce n'est pas vraiment ce que je m'imaginais en voyant les photos. Pour de nuit c'était un bon rapport qualité-prix mais je m'attendais à mieux par rapport aux photos.
Malheureusement le point faible c'est l'isolation on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir surtout quand les familles ont pris plusieurs chambres et vivent clairement les portes ouvertes comme chez eux. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer ce ne sera pas le meilleur endroit. Il me semble qu'il est noté deux étoiles je pense que ce n'est pas mérité malgré un séjour sympathique passer là-bas.

The homestay owners went above and beyond to try and make your stay as good as they could. Upon arrival we wondered if they had beach chairs as we were right on the beach. They did not but right away asked what we were asking for. A couple days low and behold beach chairs arrived. Now that's service. The ac worked well.
The beds were not that comfortable and rooms could use more soundproofing. Between the dogs barking all night and guests coming home late and loud it made for some sleepless nights.

Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable, our room had no window.

The owner is very nice and the place is directly on the beach. You can get to the center easily by walking or taking a bike. Everything was clean. A nice place to stay if you are looking for a calm holiday
The window in the room was small, so it was a little bit dark all the time.
Very nice people, excellent place to stay on the beach, I felt like home so I plan to return next year with my girlfriend and maybe more people.
The location is in a non-touristic area, which we liked. There is a terrace where you can eat and a shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare food.
From the pictures, we chose the property because it is on the beach, and we thought the kids could swim and play there. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The beach is very, very dirty (from an Asian point of view, not a European one). The water is full of petrol because of the many boats that are docked there (more than 50 when we visited), so we couldn’t swim.
The only room with a window is the four-person room, and its price is more than double that of the two-person rooms. Because there are no windows in the other rooms, there is always a smell inside, and it is completely dark—you have to keep the lights on all the time. Sometimes, there was a strong smell of urine in the bathrooms. And the beds were the hardest we had experienced in one month in Vietnam.
Unfortunately, after initially booking four nights, we decided to move somewhere else. There are many other accommodations that are much cheaper and much nicer.

Even though on the smaller side, it served its purpose. Beautiful view (“fishing beach”), slow paced, calm environment.
No windows in the all rooms.
Right on the water with authentic restaurants on the beach within walking distance. A true Vietnamese experience. No western foods etc within walking distance. Beautiful people and enjoyed time with other guests from other countries.
Definitely a walk to town🙂
