Muito boa. Quando for a Sorocaba me hospedarei novamente no Scarpelli.
Pros:

A senhora da recepção foi muito simpática e atenciosa.
O quarto estava bem limpo e a cama bem confortável.
O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é bem gostoso.

Cons:

O chuveiro elétrico não esquentou bem. É um item que o hotel pode investir em melhorias, pois o hotel é aconchegante e confortável, além de limpo.

A equipe é simpática e o café da manhã foi bom.

Cons:

A localização. É uma rua estreita e muito movimentada, e o estacionamento não fica no hotel, dá uns 100 m de distância, com calçadas ruins. Para pessoas com acessibilidade reduzida não é fácil.
