Situation calme, grande chambre avec douche et WC. Vue sur montagnes, grand lit comfortable.
Salle de petit déjeuner acceuillante, bon service.

Cons:

Pas de restaurant à l'hòtel. Pas d'ascenseur. Corridors mal éclairé.

Historisches Gebäude. Bequeme Betten. Grosszügiges Zimmer

Cons:

Morgenessen:keine regionale Produkte, keine Zweiertische. Restaurant geschlossen ohne vorherige Ankündigung, keine Möglichkeit das Nachtessen im Hotel einzunehmen. Zimmer staubig. Vorhänge schmuddelig mit Wasserflecken.

2 Nächte dort als Rennradfahrer beim Alpen Cross übernachtet - muss man gesehen haben, altes restauriertes Gebäude, jedes Zimmer anders liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, freundliche Gastgeber, gerne wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal
Ruhige und herrliche Lage

Ganz spezielles geschichtsträchtiges Haus mit Top Ausbaustandard.
Pros:

Der Ausbau des geschichtsträchtigen Gebäudes war sehr beeindruckend. Habe durch den Eigentümer viel von der Geschichte er Gegend erfahren.

Cons:

Das Personal verstand wenig Deutsch, was zu Missverständnissen führte. Der Eigentümer ist sehr präsent, aber durch seine Kommunikation wird dieser nicht als das ersichtlich. Er könnte auch ein Gast sein.

Pros:

La posizione nella parte vecchia di splügen e la struttura in sé, antica e ben ristrutturata. Gentilezza della cameriera che ci ha servito la colazione.

Cons:

Accoglienza da rivedere totalmente. Ci siamo sentiti a disagio e quasi che dessimo fastidio, credo che in una località turistica bisognerebbe parlare più del tedesco alla reception e accogliere il turista con il sorriso. Camera con doccia non funzionale, infatti bisogna passare con un raccogli acqua sotto lavandino e toilette perché si allaga il pavimento con facilità. Colazione va bene ma le marmellate monodose e il miele industriale con quello che si paga è da rivedere.
