The view of the lake from the room and the restaurant is really nice. The restaurant is on the fourth floor, is spacious with inside and outside dining
Honest review - I chose this property after a lot of research. What i liked was that the property is right in front of dal lake and has modern amenities and services. The food is really good (had veg dinner and breakfast buffet).
Maybe not value for money since it's a little pricey, but considering the options, it's a great place to stay. The staff was prompt and the services deserve appreciation.

The food was excellent, staff were very good and very friendly. Our waiter Faroz was very attentive and helpful. Lovely view of the lake from the restaurant, very clean and very quiet room.
The stay was perfect - the hotel was actually better in person than the pictures on the website.
