Staff, especially Mr Farooque is such a nice and helpful person to be remembered forever.
Pros:

The location is superb. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Boulevard Road along the Dal Lake.

Cons:

Arrangement for breakfast in the premises could have added another feather to the hotel.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. This hotel is just a trash.we stated 4 nights there through booking.com.At first they gave us a room in which no push shower was attached in toilet for use. They then changed that room after complaining that matter. We got another room which was full of bugs. We couldn’t sleep a night in that hotel. Because of booking.com policy, we couldn’t cancel that shitty hotel. They didn’t provide any toiletries, tissues,shampoo nothing. Only two sopa was given. Don't you ever try this shittiest hotel.This hotel is a total scam

The staff are courteous. But really they need to keep the hotel clean. Plus the washrooms can use new fixtures

Cons:

It’s not clean & no heating except you are provided with an electric blanket which is useful when you sleep. No clean Linen either.
