Pros:

Hospitality of owner.
Hotel locality is good as it is located on main road,
In front there is nigeen park,
5 min walk from dal lake.
Locality is so nice,
U will get great view when u open ur window.

Cons:

I stayed there 2 nights, Staff is good, there one room attendant named bahadur from nepal is there, he is good, owner is so nice.
But there is some issue that there were so noise, i can't sleep bith the night, at 1 to 3 am both day tourist arrived there (may be by plane) with there families.
And there were lot of noise, i woke up and can't sleep.
I want to make complain to the owner
But he is good person and i restrain my self.

Also the washroom have faulty and broken taps. Water leakage was there.

But the hospitality of owner Nashir bhai is 100% good.

bad attitude. bad room.

Cons:

if you don't want nightmares on your vacation day. don't choose this hotel. for being so broke. almost every hour the electricity is intentionally turned off. they want to save costs. and the owner is very impolite and very rude. the rooms are very dirty and unfit. hope this hotel can improve attitude.
