Wonderful room and friendly welcome!
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous room and facilities. Staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly.

Really first class
Pros:

The whole experience was exceptional
The tray with fruit and pastries every day was so nice fresh milk every day in the fridge an absolute bonus even down to the good hairdryer superb
However the staff were absolutely first class every single one of them and the breakfast was amazing the meals we had the 3 nights we stayed were excellent and the ambiance of the dining areas made the experience even better.
First rate stay thank you

We felt very welcomed and looked after as soon as we entered the hotel. Very elegant
Pros:

The rooms were gorgeous and had everything you needed including fresh fruit and pastries. The bar was great and served dinner. Breakfast was perfect.
Sean our concierge/bartender and waiter was excellent and very gracious and friendly.

Pros:

The room was exceptional. Sean showed us to our room and explained the facilities in the room. Control for the heating, lights and coffee machine and even better Tunnocks teacakes. There was also a tray with fresh fruit and pastries on the bed. All other staff members were very friendly and helpful. We didnt have an evening meal however we had breakast. Andrew recommended the french toast, bacon and maple syrup and I can honestly say it was delicious, my fiancé had a full Scottish and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely return another day

The staff were all very nice and helpful . The atmosphere in the bar in the evening was lovely. The room had beautiful, tasteful decor. Little touches like the snacks left in the room and straighteners etc. It was all well thought out.

Cons:

We hadnt booked breakfast so tried to make a coffee in the morning and unfortunately it just leaked everywhere.
There was a door downstairs in the bar that made a banging noise, that could be heard from the room but none of the above spoiled our stay.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient throughout our stay. Room was spacious and spotless. The addition of fresh pastries and fruit on arrival, along with a coffee machine and choice of teas was a lovely touch.

Wonderful, relaxing stay
Pros:

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning four-poster bed, a great coffee machine, and lots of quirky, modern touches that made it feel special. I also loved waking up to the gorgeous views of Stirling Castle — truly a highlight of the stay.

The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish, which added so much to the experience. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food as well, making it really convenient to relax on-site.

Overall, a brilliant stay. I’d happily return and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
