The room decor and attention to detail

Cons:

The food quality was quite poor. I ordered the burger and quality of meat didn’t seem like proper good quality beef

Pros:

Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient throughout our stay. Room was spacious and spotless. The addition of fresh pastries and fruit on arrival, along with a coffee machine and choice of teas was a lovely touch.

Wonderful, relaxing stay
Pros:

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning four-poster bed, a great coffee machine, and lots of quirky, modern touches that made it feel special. I also loved waking up to the gorgeous views of Stirling Castle — truly a highlight of the stay.

The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish, which added so much to the experience. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food as well, making it really convenient to relax on-site.

Overall, a brilliant stay. I’d happily return and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

Room was very special. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything about it was lovely. The Bar and Restaurant was also very pretty. Didn't eat there but had a drink at the bar.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out how to work the towel warmer. No problem, didn't use it.

Amazing!
Pros:

The room was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, staff was very nice and we got a little breakfast hamper which was delicious.

Cons:

Car park was full on arrival so we had to park in the street and then move the car later on.
