Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Dobry dojazd komunikacją miejską z centrum miasta. W pokoju czysto.
Niestety pokój dostałem na pierwszym piętrze, a łazienka była aż na trzecim, przez co za każdym razem trzeba było pokonać sporą drogę (rezerwując pokój bez łazienki spodziewałem się, że pewnie będzie ona chociaż na tym samym korytarzu i piętrze). W samej łazience czystość była średnia. Nie byłby to problem, gdyby cena była nieco niższa. Generalnie za taką cenę w wielu miejscach w Polsce można spędzić noc w lepszych warunkach. Do zatrzymania się okazjonalnie na jedną noc jednak jak najbardziej w porządku.
Nie ma o czym pisać.
Praktycznie od samego początku, usługa była niezgodna z ofertą. Otrzymałem pokój, który tak naprawdę nie powinien znaleźć się w ofercie. Odpadające kafle przy umywalce, bardzo zniszczona szafa, rdza w lodówce i wypadające gniazdko.
Jestem totalnie załamany. Personel niestety nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Hotel jest w remoncie, a oferuje klientom pokoje które nie spełniają żadnych norm. Jest to bardzo przykre i krzywdzące dla miasta Szczecin.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie.
Mieliśmy z mężem zabukowany pokój z jednym podwójnym łóżkiem , a otrzymaliśmy pokój z dwoma jedynkami. Oprócz tego remont w trakcie o którym zero informacji .
Jestem w pełni zadowolona z pobytu. Sprawna obsługa. Duży wybór potraw na śniadanie. Czysto i schludnie. Polecę innym .
