Pros:

Clean, comfortable and stylish rooms, nice breakfast included in a fine restaurant off the lobby. Fridge and kettle provided, plenty of storage space and a large desk and chair for mealtimes in the room. Warm water shower, good aircon.

Cons:

Would be helpful if the facility kept a small amount of cash in hand to assist guests wishing to exchange larger for smaller peso currency. Hotel is a cash-only facility so there should not be a problem with keeping a reasonable amount of smaller denomination currency on hand.

Pros:

the staff are friendly, everytime i go to tacloban i always stay in this hotel. Its accessible to everything. Its also clean what i like the most. they never disappoint me everytime i stay there..

If is for 1 night is ok
Pros:

The staff was polite and willing to serve, as much as they could of course..the breakfast with choice american or philippino, quite good..there is a restaurant and room service with good prices

Cons:

The room was old, bathroom fittings were worn out, the sink had no hot water, resulting in it getting clogged from the soap that didn't dissolve..noisy from inside and outside at noon..room was cleaned once in the 4 nights we stayed.

Overall a nice hotel. Will probably book again here if we stay again in Tacloban

Where the bidet is located. It’s so hard to use when it’s improperly stationed even for right-handed like me.

Exceptional
Pros:

We had business at the Divine Word Hospital. This location is perfect as it is right across the street. Parking was great. Food was good. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Very quick response to all questions and assistance we had. We'll stay again. It's now one of our favorite places.

Cons:

The only thing was no pool. But we knew that when we booked
