All rooms are well cleaned and all of the staff are very accommodating. A perfect place to unwind and relax. I recommend this hotel
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Calm and quite from the busy establishments and restaurants. Atmosphere is giving a little piece of Italy. Being with a toddler who loves to walk around, it is generally safe in the courtyard. As well as their heated swimming pool is toodler friendly. Their executive room is cozy and spacious. Clean bathroom and well maintained rooms. Good wifi signal with smart tv complete with youtube and netflix. Their dishes taste realy great. Great service of staffs. They are all accommodating. Overall great value for money.
We recently held our intimate wedding here, and it was truly everything we dreamed of, plus more. From the very beginning, our wedding POC was incredibly hands-on. She guided us through every step of the planning and finalization process, making sure all details were taken care of and that we felt supported from start to finish. Her dedication and warmth made the whole journey so much easier and so much more special.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It gave us that beautiful Italian vibe we were looking for, romantic, elegant, and perfect for the intimate celebration we wanted. Every corner felt like a scene out of a European postcard, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was.
We’re so grateful for the care, effort, and joy the team poured into our big day. It was perfect. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to Seda, Timberlands, Manila Hotel, Lime Hotel and hotels outside the country. Via Appia is the standard! I also like that they have a church.
We stayed here for 3 days. We really enjoyed the place, room are clean especially yung bathroom i highly recommended sa mga tao maselan . Staff are very accomodating, masarap din yung food nila sa restaurant malaki serving nila since kami ng husband ko at baby namin kaya madami na para sa amin yung serving ng food pero sulit kasi masarap naman talaga.❤️ 3 days and 2 nights nakakabitin sya. Babalik kami ulit..
