First, it took us three hours to find the place. There was no name on the property and the address was wrong. It was difficult to contact the property owner or manager to get an accurate address. Finally, someone responded and asked for a local number. Further, both units (667 B and 2149) we rented were dirty. The water heater did not work. The microwave in unit 667B was broken. Not enough towels, the pool was under construction, the blankets were not fully dry and they were smelly. Additionally, the fixture was broken in the unit 667B bathroom. No view from room as advertised and the observation deck on the 23rd floor was locked.
Nothing about the room unit stay for a night. The day we stayed is the birthday of my son.
1. the floor is sticky. 2. There no water in the lavatory faucet, pail & tabo is provided instead. 3. Low or few water comes out to the faucet of kitchen sink. 4. Cannot use the shower as the water was so low pressure. 5. Bedroom Lights at the ceiling are busted. 6. The unit owner will ask you to send her 1000pesos through her GCASH number as a deposit before your stay but WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY, even numerous times to message her your gcash info and demand to return the deposited money. (I'll removed this comment if she return it). 7. Total cost of stay is around 2900pesos, including the 1k that was not returned. 👎👎👎.

Im having a disappointing experience with the accommodation.
Cleanliness: The room and facilities, including the "tabo" and water glasses, are not clean.
Shower: The shower is weak.
Towels: Only two towels were provided despite there being three guests. The staff's explanation is inconsistent with the guard’s information.
The staff will welcomed us in the room was told us "there are only 2 pax confirmed thats why they only prepare 2 towels only". However in the guard at the lobby confirmed that we are 3 pax with names. The staff told us that the other towels are used by other guest and theres no available towel from us. So we are not guest?

You have to take out every trash you have and for it’s price it should have been included. The staff should have thrown it away on designated place not you holding your kids , your bags and all of the trash .
They collected a property security deposit as agreed in their terms and conditions in our stay but will be refunded upon check out, sadly I have not received my refund yet untill now. I've been calling them but my call is always been disconnected.

False advertisement. I was hoping for a balcony fronting the taal lake but all I can see are houses. We waited until 2am for a parking and had no choice but sleep in the car. The lift are not clean, smells bad, and it takes more than 10mins to wait. You have to do the round trip to get the chance. Customer service is 0. After given the key they don't respond to your call or test. They are asking for a payment 1st booking with no option for a refund but their service is hell.
No Breakfast offered in these facilities
We are family as you observed that we are 20 pax the accommodation was very far from each other that will ruin our get together. We have had a very bad experience with WIFI, TV, Bathroom Drainage, and air-condition both on the 6th Floor, The Staff did not reply when we called after the check-in, The check-in must have been 3 pm but we it was almost 5 pm due to miscommunications.

I regret to say that our experience at this unit was highly disappointing. The unit itself seemed outdated and emitted a strong smell of Zonrox, which made our stay quite unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom flooring was dangerously slippery, posing a safety hazard. Despite booking for 7 people, the beds were only suitable for accommodating 4 individuals, leading to discomfort and inconvenience. Moreover, the photos provided were misleading, as the actual room differed significantly from what was advertised. Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to its outdated facilities, misleading advertising, and inadequate accommodations.

Bad smell, rusty sink, stain and rusty shower, broken door cabinets, dirty, crumpled and smelly sheets. Sticky floor. Damaged wallpaper, rusty and dirty door nob, cracked toilet mirror. Television is turning on but not connecting or no channels.
