Restaurent and Restaurent staff attitude ( as if they are not in hospitality business but just doing a normal job .

Don’t expect that you r living in a resort but expect you r living in a Hostel with stick warden rules (otherwise you will ruin your vacation )

Pros:

Zentrale Lage um den Süden von Mahe zu erkunden, einen der schönsten Strände direkt vor dem Apartement.

Cons:

Leider kommen im EG (Junior Suite) Kakerlaken durch die Terrassebretter hoch, abgestorbene Tiere bleiben liegen.
Vorsichtshalber haben wir die Terrassentür stets - auch in der Nacht - immer geschlossen.
Hat nichts mit der Sauberkeit im Apartement zu tun, man muß halt nach der Heimreise auf das Gepäck achten.

Perfect quiet location for family holiday
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent snorkeling, beautiful gardens, pool and 2 jacuzzis. Very friendly staff. We travelled with six year old who was fascinated with giant turtles and busy feeding them.

Un cadre exceptionnel, mais une expérience assez contrastée

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un environnement absolument splendide, digne d’une véritable carte postale. Nous avions réservé une chambre « Deluxe » avec vue sur mer : la vue est tout simplement incroyable. Nous avions également une seconde chambre, dans le même bâtiment, avec vue sur la montagne.

Les chambres sont correctes, mais mériteraient toutefois quelques rénovations. Certains éléments donnent une impression de manque de propreté alors qu’il s’agit manifestement de traces incrustées : carrelage taché, évier et toilettes marqués. Nous avons également constaté quelques taches sur les serviettes et les draps, alors que le linge était pourtant propre et sentait très bon. C’est dommage, car ces détails peuvent donner une impression négative qui ne correspond pas forcément à la réalité de l’entretien.

Concernant le personnel, notre expérience a été assez contrastée. Nous avons rencontré des personnes adorables, souriantes et particulièrement attentionnées, notamment le monsieur chargé du nettoyage, deux serveurs, l’une des réceptionnistes ainsi que la dame plus âgée travaillant à la restauration. Cette dernière nous a particulièrement touchés par sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité, malgré un trajet à pied de plus d’une heure pour se rendre à son travail. ❤️

À l’inverse, certaines autres personnes sont beaucoup moins chaleureuses : peu ou pas de bonjour, très peu de sourire et une attitude parfois assez distante. Cela crée un contraste assez surprenant au sein d’un même établissement.

Concernant la restauration, les horaires affichés ne semblent pas réellement correspondre à la pratique. À partir d’environ 19h40, il ne serait apparemment plus possible de commander les plats proposés et il faut alors se contenter d’une pizza. Les repas sont plutôt bons dans l’ensemble, à l’exception des pizzas que nous avons trouvées nettement moins convaincantes.

Beautiful beach, generally good breakfast, there is a turtle enclosure

Cons:

Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel out of the five our family visited in the Seychelles.

1. You'll have to hunt down the receptionist. She's not there. We arrived at 5:00 PM after the ferry from Praslin and waited 15 minutes for her to arrive.
2. The hotel has no security. There's no security guard or staff to restrict the presence of outsiders. Locals come from the embassy to wash their feet at the hotel and stare at you in your swimsuits in the Junior Suite. Local teenagers run past the pools, past the guests' balconies, to climb the rocks and jump off them.
3. The hotel runs a "Locals' Buffet," where locals from all over the island gather, take up your entire parking space, and you're forced to leave your car anywhere. There's no separate parking for hotel guests. During the buffet, all these people spill out onto your private beach, play soccer, sing songs, shower in the hotel, and ask to take photos with your stairs leading to the Junior Suite. I've attached a photo. No one monitors this. There's no privacy or security. You constantly have to think about closing the door and putting your things away. Only one gardener walks around the grounds.
4. The photos on Booking.com don't match the actual rooms. That's why other guests will come to your Junior Suite jacuzzi and wonder why you're throwing them out.
5. Check-out at the hotel is at 10:00 AM. At 9:35 AM, the cleaning lady arrived with rags and mops and waited for us to get ready.

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé directement sur une magnifique plage, coin, plutôt calme. La piscine est parfaitement placée avec la vue et avec très peu de monde, voire personne. Il y a aussi des tortues directement dans l’hôtel et la chambre est agréable.

Cons:

Les points négatifs sont la localisation de l’hôtel qui est loin de tout, mais c’est possible de trouver des food truck pas très loin ( il faut impérativement une voiture). Et les prix du restaurant de l’hôtel sont très chers, par exemple pour un milk-shake, vous en aurez environ pour 17 €.

Wir würden schon allein wegen der herrlichen Strandlage und dem Preisverältnis wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist insgesamt ein Traum. Ein wahnsinnig schöner Strand….egal ob das Frühstücken im Sand oder der Blick vom Pool über den Strand, es war wunderschön. Am besten ist die Anreise mittels Mietwagen, damit man auch andere Orte auf der Insel erkunden kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war erstmal total in Ordnung und man konnte auch frische Eierspeisen auswählen, aber insgesamt war die Auswahl ein wenig zu klein und täglich gleich (wir waren in 3 Hotels und das war der auffälligste Unterschied).
