Brilliantly located hotel with a mix of traditional style and modern amenities
Pros:

Location is brilliant, lovely traditional style of rooms which are also a great size. Shower also great

Cons:

Beds a little hard though not uncomfortable. Would be nice if tea and coffee in lounge were self serve

Incredible, we will be coming back!!
Pros:

Loved everything about this accomodation. The faculties were so clean and tidy, great location, decent room sizes. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Cons:

Honestly nothing to fault at all. Was an all round amazing place to stay and would highly recommend

Good hotel, perfectly located but I wouldn't want to stay there for more than one night
Pros:

The breakfast was a sort of standard breakfast box with a choice between a Japanese and a Western version. We had the Western version, and to be honest, it wasn't anything special. But the coffee and orange juice were fine. The hotel's location is perfect; it is situated right in the old city center.

Cons:

We had a triple room with three separate beds. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good bathroom and air conditioning. The only downside was that the beds are really hard; you have to like that, but unfortunately, I didn't get a wink of sleep.

All in all a great place to stay
Pros:

The sake you could try in de late afternoon. The lady was adorable. The onsen was nice. The fact you could wash your clothes. The hotel was beautiful

Cons:

I did not like the Japanese breakfast. It looked quite pretty, but it did not taste so good. The other breakfast wasn’t so nice either.

何回か泊まらせていただいておりますが、いずれの滞在にも素晴らしいご対応をしていただきました！　ありがとうございました！
Pros:

ホテルのあらゆる場所が清潔で、スタッフのみなさんは大変愛想良く、非常に満足のいく滞在でした。
アメニティにもこだわりがあり、日本の文化を満喫できるような、素晴らしいお心遣いでした。

Cons:

隣の部屋の外国人宿泊客が、夜1時頃までうるさく会話し、ドタドタと動き回っていました。
注意をしましたが止めなかった為、睡眠時間が3時間程しか取れませんでした。

海外の宿泊客が多い為、チェックインの時に「10時以降は静かにする」などの旨を書いたマナー書をお渡ししたり、難しいかもしれませんが、一定間隔での見回りなども必要かと思いました。

Pros:

Very centrally located. Right where all the action is. Staffs were very courteous and friendly. The overall experience was extremely pleasant and very satisfactory. The complimentary / on the house beer and sakes was icing on the cake.

They should have their own kitchen for in-house guests even if it's short menu
