Pros:

Except for the location, nothing was good about the hotel.

Cons:

The toilets had stains on the seat and the bedsheets were torn. In spite of calling the staff repeatedly, they were very slow to respond. Needs a lot of improvement.

A hotel to consider when in Chennai.
Pros:

The staff were helpful. The manager Mr Kumar was super helpful! He even ensured by giving me a lift to the right bus waiting area, as the dodgy uber driver dropped me somewhere else. It was raining and at 9pm in unfamiliar territory.SCARY!
One staff helped with my ticketing issues, as I do not have adhar card or local bank account.
This hotel has the potential to become a small boutique hotel ONLY IF maintenance issues are carried out regularly and a few luxury items are made part of the package.

Cons:

Maintenance needs to be carried out on some issues, and I have informed the manager.
Toilet seats not sitting correctly on the toilet bowl.
Exhaust fan not working in bathroom.
A cup of tea/ coffee in the morning should be provided.

Cons:

Bed spread were dirty and bad smell.. Blanket was worst smell and seems used and folded. Asked one lady to replace and she brought one other piece from other room. Reason given was due to bad weather, cloths were not getting dried. Ugle looks and treat

I would not recommend this hotel and think thrice before booking this hotel.
Cons:

We booked two rooms and informed the hotel that our check-in would after 11 pm, however the rooms were not prepared at all until we checked in in the mid night, we had to requested for blanket, water etc. The air conditioning was poor in both the rooms (did not get enough cool) and one of the rooms wash basin had a leak and the water were flowing in the bathroom. Rooms were stinky and there were a lot of stains on the bathrooms.
