Kleines Paradies direkt am Strand. Tolles Team.
Pros:

Sehr schöne kleine Hotelanlage direkt am Strand. Unser Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.
Das Personal ist enorm nett und fast rund um die Uhr bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist (Pool wird täglich gründlich gereinigt, Garten sehr gepflegt, etc.).
Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist sensationell gut und die Portionen sind gross und ausreichend. Jeweils am Vorabend kann man aus vielen Möglichkeiten seine Wahl treffen.
Mittag- und Abendessen sind auch möglich und es gibt eine ansprechende Karte - die Speisen sind sehr gut.
Ausser am.Anfang waren wir die einzigen Gäste aber trotzdem war der Service nicht eingeschränkt. Vorallem Yohan hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Er ist die gute Seele, die alle Gäste betreut und einfach ein toller junger Mann.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am kilometerlangen Sandstrand, welchen wir für uns allein hatten. Kein Massentourismus, einfach herrlich. Die Wellen waren zwar zu stark zum.Baden, aber dafür war der Pool perfekt. Schöne Liegen ind Bettem im.Schatten am Strand. Einfach traumhaft.
In Gehdistanz 5-15 Minuten gibt es ein paar Restaurants (teils von anderen Resorts). Wir haben 0berall gut gegessen und die Abwechslung genossen.
Yohan hat einen TukTuk Fahrer für uns organisiert, welchen wir dann auch selber bestellt haben für weitere Fahrten (nach Tangalle City Center oder Badestrand ca. 25 Minuten).
Das Hotel hat ein paar Hunde, welche aber weder nach Futter betteln, noch sonst irgendwie aufdringlich sind. Der kleine Welpe war süss.
Für uns war es der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise und wir haben eine kleine Perle gefunden. Wir hoffen, es bleibt alles genau so und würden wieder hierherkommen, falls es uns erneut nach Sri Lanka verschlägt.

Kleines Paradies
Pros:

Ein paradiesischer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern ( besonders Yohan ), die sich um alle Bedürfnisse kümmern. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Außerdem werden hervorragende Massagen angboten ( Jamal war unglaublich gut ).
Der weitläufige Strand ist meist menschenleer und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein, baden ist aber nur im Pool möglich.

Cons:

Um das "Paradies" aufrecht zu erhalten, sollte der Besitzer einige Schönheitsreparaturen durchführen und manches Mobiliar erneuern.

Nice, comfortable stay, lovely staff & stunning beach,
Pros:

The layout/landscaping was pretty, rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The pool/area was ideal with easy access to the stunning beach - where you have it pretty much to yourself!.

Staff friendly and attentive. It’s a very chill place, good for switching off.

They helped us arrange a day safari and massages on site were lovely!

Ideal for families (I think) due to the rooms/pool/beach being close together.

Cons:

This is more ‘things to be aware of’:

You have access to the beach but the sea can be rough, i.e. it’s not ideal for children (though you can boogey board)

The food was ok, but there are limited options close by. They all closed at 21:00 & some wouldn’t let us in at 20:20.

No shops within walking distance so bring what you need or be prepared to get a car into Tangalle.

This is a small thing but the music in the restaurant area was ‘elevator music’. Thankfully, they were happy for us to connect via Bluetooth of an evening.

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday
Pros:

An excellent hotel for a relaxing vacation! Direct access to the beach is a big plus, and the private beach, sunbeds, creates a romantic and peaceful atmosphere.
The pool is well maintained. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily, which added extra comfort to our stay.
Breakfast was varied, with options for all tastes, and the food was delicious and served in generous portions. Lunch and dinner are also available, and the dishes are very good. For Easter, we asked the chef to prepare dyed eggs for us, and he kindly fulfilled our request.
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, responding promptly to all our requests. I highly recommend this hotel!

Für Ruhesuchende ein kleines Paradies
Pros:

Sehr schöne,gepflegte kleine Anlage mit nur 6 Zimmern an einem traumhaften,einsamen Strand!

Cons:

Die Gastronomie ist sehr gut,aber es dauert sehr lange bis das Essen kommt.

Очень небольшой отель на берегу океана. Малолюдный пляж в трех шагах. Из каждого номера слышен шум моря. Очень чистая территория и номер. Персонал невероятно дружелюбен

Несмотря на то, что заказывали еду заранее, все равно приходилось ждать 20-30 мин подачи

Pros:

This is a quaint property, lots of monkey’s early morning and palm squirrels around.

Cons:

You cannot swim in the sea here it’s too rough, breakfast orders are taken the night before and it is in a beautiful but very remote location. Rooms look a lot bigger in the photos.

Nettes Beach guest house aber kein Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Der Strand ist zwar schön und ruhig, jedoch ist Baden wegen bis zu 3 m hoher Wellen und starker Strömung kaum möglich.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft entspricht eher einem einfachen Beach Guest House als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Keine richtige Rezeption, eingeschränkter Service, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage und insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig.

Zusätzlich werden bei Kartenzahlung 3 % berechnet, und es gibt keine transparente Abrechnung – lediglich handschriftliche Tages-Endbeträge auf einem Zettel.

Für 2–3 Nächte okay, für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt deutlich überteuert.

Great location - a few upgrades would help match the price level
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and we loved that it was a small place with only six rooms. Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is beautiful, and you can take long walks along the shore. The waves are very rough, so it’s not suitable for swimming. The pool and pool area was clean and the surroundings were beautiful.

Dimantha and Ridmal were sooo nice to us and our kids, really heartwarming. Without them our stay would not have been the same.

Cons:

The sun loungers were extremely worn out, broken, and uncomfortable—both by the pool and on the beach. The beds were also very hard, and some upgrades here would definitely help match the price level.
Otherwise, the food was okay, though the selection was a bit limited if you don’t eat meat. Also, don’t book the car service from here—it’s extremely expensive (about double the price compared to all the other hotels we booked through during our trip around Sri Lanka).

Hotel molto isolato, piacerà a chi cerca solo tranquillità
Pros:

Se cercate un hotel molto isolato, affacciato su chilometri di spiagge incontaminate, con bella piscina, camere moderne, bagni europei, un discreto ristorante e una buona colazione questo è il posto che fa per voi.

Cons:

Ma dovete anche mettere in conto che il villaggio più vicino è a 15 minuti di tuk tuk (500 rupie a tratta) e Tangalle a 25 minuti (2000 rupie a tratta). Poco affidabile il servizio prenotazione tuk tuk gestito dall'albergo (sperimentati ritardi sino a 40 minuti).Wifi altalenante, soprattutto la sera. Frequenti le interruzioni di corrente, con camere al buio mediamente per brevi periodi. Personale giovane e cortese ma probabilmente non del mestiere. Insetti (vespe) in bagno.

Sehr erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen leeren Strand ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und nochmals ein Dankeschön an Johan und sein Team.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly-yohan is the best 🫶🏽 I enjoyed every moment , the food was nice and the place was clean 24/7 and the location next to the beach was gorgeous!!
