The room that we booked could not be locked, the staff tried to help us with locking it but they failed and we had to switch rooms moving all our stuff again which wasted 30 minutes. The location is also hard to find and far from everywhere. The pool was unusable.

Die Speisekarte war nicht sehr groß und nicht immer alles vorhanden. Wir wollten Bier bestellen, aber sie hatten keines mehr das war etwas ungewöhnlich.

Obiekt z pozoru wydaje się być piękny jednak im dłużej w nim jesteś dostrzegasz minusy tego miejsca. Brak wyboru śniadania - jeśli jednego dnia zdecydujesz się na jakieś śniadanie to przez kolejne dni dostajesz to samo, bez możliwości wyboru. Dodatkowo jakość przyrządzanego jedzenia pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
Pod prysznicem zimna woda i urwana słuchawka prysznicowa. Widać ze sprzątane na szybko. Jakość materacy była tragiczna każdego dnia wstawaliśmy połamani . Dodatkowo gdy poprosiliśmy o jakiś koc to dostaliśmy pokrowiec na materac. Lodówka była cala w pleśni .Dziury w pościeli . Poduszki były śmierdzące po innych gościach . Musieliśmy spać na ręcznikach bo nie dało się wytrzymać tego smrodu. Jeśli masz nocleg na dole domku musisz widzieć że gości którzy mieszkają nad tobą słychać ponieważ podłoga jest z desek. Przemyśl to dwa razy jeśli jedziesz z dziećmi bo będziesz musiał tłumaczyć wiele nocnych rzeczy które się tam wyprawiają. Największym problemem tego obiektu było robactwo . Brak moskitier w pokoju wróciliśmy cali pogryzieni przez komary i robaki. Robaki i mrówki są wszędzie na basenie i w pokojach . Basen - uwaga nie wiem czy jest codziennie chlorowany - jeśli mają inną metodę dezynfekcji to ok ale nie widziałam. Dodatkowo w całym basenie pływają różne rzeczy . Płytki wokół basenu są poodrywane i można się skaleczyć lub potknąć . Prysznic pod basenem nie działa . Jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani tym obiektem był to najgorszy pobyt z całej wycieczki - mieliśmy dużo tańsze obiekty i nie miały takich problemów

OHEI addresses the high segment of tourism. All prices are US$. However, the staff hardly speaks English and struggled with their own check-in procedure. They could not explain the various applicable fees/taxes. During the 15min check in (despite no other guest being around), mosquitos have their "welcome drink". The staff asked for the breakfast preferences, but a third was not available then. Eventually, the breakfast was delivered not according to the order. The shower was cloaked and the light was broken, so that one showers in the dark. OHEI decided then to carry out some cleanup at around 9PM in the evening – against my preference. The bathroom has grids instead of windows that cannot keep mosquitos out – which is in particular annoying at night when the bathroom lights will attract all insects nearby.

While the premises have direct access to the laguna, it is a march of 10 to 15min to reach the beach.

Meget hårde stole og et lille stykke at gå ned at havet, men med mindre man er gangbesværet, er det ikke noget problem.

Das Wi-fi hat Aussetzer. Es gibt 4 Zugänge und je nachdem wo man sich befindet unterschiedliche Netzleitung.

Inget kylskåp, ingen garderob att hänga kläder, endast att lägga kläder vikta. Finns en enklare hängare men inga galgar.
VÄLDIGT lyhört, kändes som grannarna var inne i rummet.
Dålig avrinning i duschen vilket ger en dålig lukt samt en stor pool i duschen.
Ej hotellets fel men grannen har en tupp som galer tidiga morgnar, även hundar på hotellområdet vilket ej är trevligt.

In family room no closet for hanging clothes only chest of drawers for folded clothing.
Very noisy, you hear neighbours above and around you. Dogs on property, common in SL but still not nice. Some tiles at pool loose. Not enough power sockets for 3 persons without un-plugging lamps and so on.
Not the hotels fault but offcourse neighbour had a rooster that took no prisonors early morning.
