Pros:

Compared to other hotels in Taormina, this place is great value for money. Perfect location, decent room, nice hosts, decent balcony area, and secure parking. The place may not be as new and as polished as other hotels, but it has character and the breakfast area is amazing. The strength of this review is based on the comparison to other hotels in Taormina, which appear to be overpriced and over hyped.

Cons:

It is a bit of a trek to the free parking, but you can understand why. The town could provide better pavements for people in general outside the historic/tourist centre.

Good option in an expensive town
Pros:

The hotel was very well situated, and in an expensive town, it was a good price. The views from the terrace are superb

Cons:

The rooms are quite basic, struggled to keep the toilet seat on the toilet, electric points lacking, and the air con was either on or off!

The accommodation is wonderful. Its mood, atmosphere, history, and location—it is a real little gem.

A simple Italian breakfast with a limited but sufficient selection—served on a charming terrace shaded by a trellis, offering a view of the sea. Perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable and traditional hotel with a superb garden, amazing views, very pleasant owners and fantastic bre
Pros:

We absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel which felt traditional, homely and comfortable. There is a beautiful garden where we had breakfast and could sit out during the day in the shade. There are amazing views. We had a friendly and helpful welcome. The location is fantastic with the cable car to the beach only 100m away. It is close to the bus station and all the shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all lovely.

Host with the most! Will definitely be back
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was magnificent. The location is superb beside bus station, cable car and within the shopping and restaurant, bar thoroughfares. Amazing host and hostess, Antonio told us everything we needed to know about getting out and about in Taormina and beyond . Breakfast was delicious, served in a beautiful garden. Nothing was too much for these hosts. Fridge in the bedroom and everything you need.

PERFECT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL HOTEL
Pros:

Loved the location, with the cable car just accross the road & the bus depot just down the hill. Just a short walk to the centre of town with lots of restaurants everywhere.
Loved the hotel. It was very Beautiful, with lots of Beautiful vintage furniture. The owner was lovely & very proud.
Our room was a good size & Loved the balcony with the Amazing ocean view.

Nothing, everything was Perfect!

Ett perfekt sted med kort avstand til bygater og kabelbane.
Pros:

Det var veldig rent og pent, og personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det var en rolig og sjarmerende stemning, med en idyllisk frokostplass i flott hage.Vi hadde rom med terrasse og en utrolig flott utsikt.

Great as alwaya
Pros:

It was my second time here, and I liked it as much as the first time. Great location, rooms are spacious, it's clean, the AC works perfectly (which is very important considering the heat outside). I felt super comfortable.
