Bien mais peut mieux faire surtout le taux de change.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le taux de change est beaucoup trop élevé, presque 7 euros de différence entre le taux officiel et le taux appliqué par l'hôtel.
Pas de frigo dans les chambres, l'isolation.

Pros:

Close to the south train station so great for late night arrivals / early departures

Not very helpful when it came to information about bus booking, but perhaps a misunderstanding.

Eine Enttäuschung
Pros:

Räume waren groß.

Cons:

Hier gibt es keinen Aufzug, in der Website ist aber einer drin. Der Gestank nach Kanalisation unerträglich. Die Koffer dürft ihr selber ins Geschoss tragen, geholfen wird hier nicht. Das Wasser in der Dusche zugedreht, dass kaum Wasser fließt. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht gut.

Завтрак был не плох. В общем и целом достаточно чисто, т.к.отель относительно новый.
Идеально чистая штора в душе. Можно было попить чай и кофе за столиком в месте, где по утрам сервируется завтрак : там всегда организован чайный столик. Там же мы поели и арбуз.

Cons:

При заезде стул в номере был неприлично грязным. Его можно было легко отчистить, но его не почистили. При просьбе его почистить все равно очистили не до конца.
Был разбит стульчак на унитазе. Обещали заменить на следующий день, то так и не заменили за 4 дня. Прищемила им попу однажды.
На этаже было колченогое кресло, которое печально лежало на боку на входе на этаж и портило вид все 4 дня нашего пребывания , но персонал это никак не смущало.
Три раза спрашивала утюг, но руки так и не доходили до глажки одежды. На ресепшене даже не подсказали, что можно бесплатно попросить погладить одежду. Узнала об этом только при выезде.
На завтраке не было тарелок для каши одно утро. Взяла миску из- под сервировки.
Не было больших ложек, попросила ложку, уронила на пол, уроненую ложку девушка на сервисе положила вместе с остальными ложками.
Вода в душе текла с перебоями: пропадал напор холодной воды и шел кипяток.
Уборка, вода, мыло только по требованию.
Простынь вместе с наматрасником легко сбивались, т.к.вообще не были закреплены или заправлены.
