When checking out there was an issue with the card machine not accepting visa. They tell you to get cash out but the machine charges you to do that so we refused. They used the restaurant card machine to take payment. The gym had no aircon so was really warm n stuffy. You need to give an hour notice to use the spa facilities, which isn’t ideal as a tourist! The breakfast was really good if you go when it opens but chilled items (like yoghurt) are left open and not chilled for breakfast duration.

Following are things we reported to the hotel in writing and in person two different times during our stay, yet we only received a generic formal reply with no actual resolution.

1. Mosquitoe was present in the room with windows closed, and no electric mosquito repellent provided. Though not bitten, we were disturbed and woken up.
2. Wi-Fi is unstable and weak. Our business call was suddenly dropped twice, so we had to use our own data instead.
3. Shower water is very weak, we tried in the day night and evening. The water never gets hot even at maximum settings.
4. The upper lobby is partially under renovation, with a strong formaldehyde smell.
5. There is visible cotton fluff in the room and on curtains, causing constant sneezing.
6. Room slippers are missing; it is unclear whether they were omitted or not provided.

Back then, we were hoping that hotel management would reach out to us promptly for a proper discussion.

For us, the experience is disappointing, and a clear discrepancy between the online photos and the actual property.
Based on our experience, we do not feel this stay is worth the high cost.

Absolutely no flexibility over the 14:00 check-in time.
Guests often seemed to be a general inconvenience to the reception staff.

Staff were friendly enough and polite, but not too chatty and quite awkward and very young, maybe just confidence. Indoor pool was freezing and steam room broken. Room had lot of mini issues, a tap not working, shower leaking etc but nothing major.

２泊目の晩に熱い湯がほとんど出なくなりフロントに尋ねたら水圧のトラブルで1時間くらい修理にかかるとのこと。寝てしまったので朝にシャワー浴びました。窓の一部がきっちり閉まらないようでした、冬だと寒いかも。

我住了两晚，两晚都没有热水洗澡！
第一晚向前台反应，回复说大概1小时解决问题。我也不在意，毕竟偶尔有问题也可以理解。但到点了问题仍在。但太晚了就不洗澡先睡觉。不过没有人来查看会给我解释！
第二晚问题仍在，大约19:40我打电话前台，一位女士接电话，答复是查一下。结果到21点多没有回复和解决问题，我再打电话，换了一位男士接电话。我要求解决问题。这位职员竟然说他只是前台，解决不了问题！！！。结果仍然没有热水洗澡。在没人与我沟通。这些投诉，我立即在Booking上写下，结果我已经离店后，才接到一封“语气诚恳，但不提他们的错误。更是没有任何解决方案”的邮件。 我想反问：假如我入住时不付足房费，就写一份“真诚的”信给你，你们能接受我入住吗？！
