Convenient comfortable hotel overlooking a park
Pros:

Comfortable spacious rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast. Nice location next to a park and it is walkable to the museums. The hotel restaurant is very popular and good for dinner.

שירות אנשי הדלפק היה מזעזע , הבחור של הדלפק שקיבל אותנו טען עוד לפי הבדיקה שאנחנו לא יכולים לישון במלון , כמו כן גם ביום האחרון לא קיבלנו סיוע בדלפק הפריטה שעומד במלון לטענתו לא יכול לנגוע בכסף , לא נתקלתי בשירות כזה מחפיר !

את השירות של אנשי הדלפק , כמו כן אמא שלי נפלה ולא קיבלנו סיוע מאנשי המלון ביקשתי מפיות ואיש ההבטחה שעמד ליד הדלת טען כי לא נקבל מפיות , לא נתקלתי מעולם בצורה לא אנושית כלפי בשום בית מלון בעולם

Business Trip to Tashkent
Pros:

The strategic location near to the underground metro line just 4 stations to the famous Chorzu Bazaar and 2 stations to Taskent Mall. And the hotel is just next to a park with 4 excellent eating place and a well stock souvenir center just 200 ft from the hotel. With the hotel there is a restaurant with comfortable seating place.

The lobby is a bit small

立地がいい

Cons:

スタッフがとにかくやる気がないし
自分たちがミスしていても謝る事をしない。
とにかく不快な対応。
深夜11時にいきなり知らない宿泊客がドアを開けて入ってこようとした。
驚いてフロントに言いに行ったら間違えて
隣の部屋と私の部屋と両方開くようにセッティングされていたとのこと。
あり得ないミス！それでも謝罪はなかった。
朝食も最悪。
絶対お勧めしません。
