Only one Pick up OR one Drop off is Free

Lovely room. Nice packed breakfast

Cons:

No iron. Had to go to laundry room to iron clothes :(
Hotel arranged taxi for international airport instead of domestic Airport at 3.30am. There is no airport shuttle. Both are at least 10 mins by drive.
Hotel is at least 40 mins walk from nearest metro. Pick up OR Drop off is free. Should be clear in advertisement.

В целом все прекрасно
Pros:

Замечательный отель ! Персонал молодцы ! Уборка номера каждый день ! Мы приехали рано и нас сразу заселили , за что мы очень благодарны . Девочки на рецепшион молодцы, любая наша просьба сразу исполняется . Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Благодарю.

Cons:

В бассейн сыпят очень много хлорки , поэтому мы не пустили детей в бассейн второй раз. Для нас очень важен был бассейн ,точнее для наших детей .

all in all, a great place to stay overnight
Pros:

Airport pick-up service is free indeed and great, although doesn't work for early checkouts before 7-00, as well as the breakfast which isn't served before this hour.
Concerning the swimming pool, do keep in mind that there are two separate swimming pools for men and women.

Leider enttäuschend – gravierende Fehler beim Airport-Transfer

sauber und nettes Personal ABER:

Cons:

Ich hatte mich aufgrund der guten Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden, wurde aber leider enttäuscht. Der vom Hotel zugesagte Flughafentransfer bei der Ankunft fand nicht statt – ich wurde einfach nicht abgeholt, da mein Flug 30 Minuten Verspätung hatte. Somit musste ich ohne sim karte überteuert mit einem Taxi ins Hotel..

Beim Rückflug kam es dann noch schlimmer: Der Rezeptionist bestellte mir tatsächlich ein Taxi zum falschen Flughafen (domestic statt international). Dadurch wäre ich beinahe meinen Weiterflug verpasst und musste in letzter Minute ein neues Taxi nehmen. Zum Glück hatte ich noch etwas Bargeld dabei, sonst wäre der Schaden noch größer gewesen.

Positive Aspekte:
Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber.

Insgesamt aber aufgrund der gravierenden Transfer-Fehler leider keine Empfehlung.

Excellent and kind service, wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Not just professional but kind and smiling as well. Spa is included, the washing service is excellent and the breakfast is good. You get free toiletries as well and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Cons:

The bathroom had a strange smell.

Bardzo uprzejma i zaangażowana obsługa hotelowa. Pokoje na bardzo wysokim poziomie, a przede wszystkim czyste. Poza tym bardzo dużo udogodnień w postaci choćby basenu.

Cons:

Nie było oddzielnych kosmetyków w łazience tzn. nie było oddzielnie szamponu i żelu pod prysznic.
