Было чисто в номере, на этом плюсы кончаются

Cons:

Абсолютно не клиентоориентированный персонал. Если вы хотите отдохнуть, выспаться - не рекомендую данный отель. Разбудили, пытались выселить на сутки раньше срока, за трое суток в номере даже не выносили мусор, не обновляли воду/чай/шампуни и тд. В коридоре постоянно шумно, шумоизоляция отсутствует. На балконе было джаукузи, но вода из крана льётся не в него, а в розетку рядом, небезопасно. Завтрак в формате шведской стола на тройку максимум. Колбаса в разных вариациях и заветренные фрукты

Pros:

Локация очень удобная, до Сеул Муна и Magic City пешком ходили пол часа, рядом корзинка, кафе Art Milly, очень вкусно там, и цена хорошая и порции большие. В отеле за свою цену тоже неплохо считаю кормили завтраком, грех жаловаться. Персонал старался реагировать на запросы.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция ужасная, всё что было в коридорах слышно будто рядом происходит. Пускают пар которые возможно не в браке и их было слышно, рядом был подросток и было неприятно, думала это приличная гостиница. Один день был без вай фай, потом после жалобы его дали. Но в комнатах сигнал немного слабовато работал. Убрали комнату только после просьбы прибраться на третий день.

Всё очень понравилось
Pros:

Прям в отеле 2 кафе
Пакистанская кухня и кофейня, обе отличные, адекватные по стоимости и очень вкусные
Спалось отлично, в номере был маленький балкончик

Cons:

В целом никаких проблем не заметили
