Pros:

Our experience here was amazing. Everyone staff member, the desk staff, the restaurant manager AVi, were exceptional and professional. Being here during a stressful time showed us what a wonderful operation this hotel is.

Fantastic and expecting to always stay in this hotel when I come to Tel Aviv
Pros:

Really liked the different lounges, the room was perfectly cleaned and very comfy to stay for long hours of meetings.
Really appreciate the atention to client from the recepcionists, specially from Yarmed during the evenings and nights, since he helped me a Lot during my stay in hotel

השירות היה מעולה!! קיבלנו גם ציפורים כי חגגנו לחברה , דבר שהיה לא מובן מאליו ומאוד משמח

שלא מעודכן מראש בבוקינג (באתר לא בדקתי) שכרגע אין ספא כי הוא נמצא בשיפוצים דבר שהפריע ושיבש תוכניות

Pros:

Nice looking facility but:

- Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the check in desk - there was literallly no one there. I kept ssaying HELLO -- is anyone home?

Crumbs in the room and (I know this sounds odd) in the safe in the room
Safe was broken - did not lock

Ate in the lobby - waitress was very nice - sshe knew nothing. We asked how muchg is a glass of wine - she said I don't know - I need to go and ask my manager

We asked what dishes are gluten free - she didn't know - needed to leave to ask.

Good location for my business meeting. Not a place I would go for holiday.

יש מראה קטנה בשירותים שפשוט נפלה ונשברה. מזל שלא נפלה עלינו. אבל הם באו לנקות מהר ובטוחה שיבדקו שמישהו אחר חלילה לא יפצע.

פינקו אותנו בארוחות חינם ומשקאות חינם. קיבלנו אוטומטית עזיבה מאוחרת בשבת. המלון מעוצב יפה ונקי ונעים. שירות מאוד אדיב, גם בדקו שהילדות שלנו מקבלות כל מה שהן צריכות. שירות מצוין ואוירה נעימה!
