אחלה מלון אבל צוות היה ממש לא נחמד, לא ענו על שום בקשות ,הייתה קבלת פנים הכי הזויה שראיתי במלונות.

Good potential, some misses.
Pros:

Excellent location! Walking distance to all the great places in Tel Aviv. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our needs.

Service was very good and courteous.

Price was fair for a family of 5.

Cons:

The dining room was very crowded at times. On Saturday the espresso machine in the dining room was not working, which is shameful. As guests who paid to enjoy the hotel we deserve to have coffee every day of our stay. Religious guests can skip the coffee if they wish to.

The elevators were absolutely not working well. The wait for an elevator was way too long by any standard.

The gym was very small and not very well equipped.

הגענו לחדר לא נקי המרפסת עם כוס מאפרה ופחיות שתייה
החשמל התכבה לנו באמצע הלילה בלי מזגן בלי טלויזיה בלי אור בלי שקעים בלי מקרר אפאחד לא טרח לבוא לעזור אחרי שפנינו לקבלה כמה פעמים נרדמו בציפיה שמישהו יגיע התעוררנו לאותו מצב ללא חשמל חייגנו שוב בבוקר כמה פעמיים לאחר שעה הגיע איש צוות 10 שעות ללא חשמל ומה שהיה צריך זה רק להרים את הפחת ואפאחד לא טרח לקחת אחריות

החדר היה נקי וחדש

עוד בהתחלה לחפש חניה חצי שעה מסביב למלון שאין לא מאבטח, לא איש קבלה ובעצם שום עובד בכניסת המלון שיכווין אותנו או לפחות יסביר איפה כן יש חניה. לאחר מכן חיכינו חצי שעה בקבלה לפקיד (שהיה מקסים בשם ירדן( אך לא יתכן שמלון ריק מאדם לא מבצע צק אין לאורחים ופשוט נטוש היחיד שהיה שם הוא מן עובד ששמו לא יודע שדיבר לא יפה ואמר שהוא גם המאבטח וגם מחליף בקבלה עד שיגיעו הצוות??? ולא כתבו בשום מקום שארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד וכשרה לפסח עוד לפני שהגיע פסח! ארוחת בוקר היא החלק המפנק של אירוח במלון וגילינו שאין מבחר הכל כשר לפסח לפני פסח וגם הלחמניות הכשלפ ששמו היו כמו אבן פשוט מאכזב אציין שהעובדים לא הפסיקו להעביר ציוד שולחנות ולגרור כסאות ברעש מחריש אוזניים החוויה היתה קשה. כמו כן המעליות נתקעו ולא היה אף איש צוות לעזור פשוט תחושה של מלון נטוששהנו בקומה 14 עליה ברגל לא רלוונטית ונאלצנו לבהות במעלית תקועה בחוסר אונים מעל ל20 דקות , הזוי שמלון עם שם כזה מתפקד כמו אכסניה חבל מאוד התאכזבנו.
