הצוות היה מלא רצון לעזור.. אבל רצון לא הספיק

מיזוג תקול אנשי תחזוקה נכנסים ויוצאים שעות
יום שלם התבזבז על החלפת חדרים
קיבלנו פיצוי ארוחת בוקר שגם ככה קיימת בכל דיל כמעט
התיאום מול הקבלה לטרקלין כושל
משום מה לא הופענו ברישום ועמדנו בחוץ בתחושה לא נעימה
התאכזבנו מאוד

חדרים נקיים מאוד.
נוף מדהים מול הים.
החדר מרווח ועונה על המחיר.
הבריכה היתה עם המון אנשיי צוות איכותיים ואדיבים.
סנייק בר יקר..אבל טעים.
שירות החדרים היה טוב

צפי קבלת חדרים היה 15:00 אבל קיבלתי את החדר כמעט ב16:00. לקחת לחפש את המזווה שלי כמעט חצי שעה בשמירת חפצים...פשוט שמו את המזוודה שלי ושכחו איפה. וזה היה מאוד לא נעים.
בקבלה יש 5 עמדות בפועל עבדו רק 2 מה שגרם לתור ארוך ומתיש.
