מלון נהדר נקי צוות נהדר היה מעולה
Pros:

חדר גדול נקי מואר בתאורה טובה ,צוות נהדר שרות מהיר ומיקצועי ,ארוחת בוקר עשירה היה נהדר

Cons:

שרותים ומיקלחות בבריכה דורשות ניקוי במהלך היום . לפחות פעם בשלוש שעות נדרש ניקוי נוסף ומילוי אספקת נייר טואלט .

שלמות!!!! אנחנו מתים על המלון הזה ונחזור שוב ושוב

זו הפעם העשירית שלנו במלון דן פנורמה- ונמשיך לחזור אליו שוב ושוב. לא סתם התארחנו בו כל כך הרבה פעמים- הוא בול מתאים לנופש משפחתי. המיקום שלו פצצה מול חוף הים ומול נווה צדק.
הארוחות שם עשירות נקיות הכל טעים ברמות והמבחר אינסופי ומדוייק. הסנייק בר בבריכה מהווה ארוחת צהריים מדוייקת. החדרים גדולים מאוד ולא חסר בהם כלום ובייחוד החדרים החדשים באגפים המשופצים. הכל נקי ומאורגן. השירות 10/10 מקבלים ישר ואטסאפ עם נציג מהמלון שעונה לכל בקשה תוך שניות. המלון פשוט מכסה את כל מה שאנחנו זקוקים לו כמשפחה עם ילד. הבריכה מטריפה ענקית ויש בה חלק מוצל ברדודים שזה לא מובן מאליו כלל. בקיצור תענוג! ומחכים כבר לשהות הבאה! תודה לצוות המושלם ובייחוד לנציג הקבלה בן שהיה סופר שירותי ודאג בנעימות לכל דבר ועניין.!

Rooms were comfortable with a good view.

Cons:

We checked in on Saturday, in Booking.com it said we could check in from 3pm but the hotel told us on Shabbat it’s actually from 6pm but that wasn’t articulated to us until 5:45pm. We then couldn’t actually check in until 6:45pm. When we asked for a late check out we were refused because the reception insisted it was on the website, but I have a screenshot which proves it wasn’t. The hotel was nice but this was incredibly frustrating.
