Pros:

Perfect location to visit Kumily and around. The room was very big, extra comfortable and with a very nice balcony. Quiet environment as well. Good breakfast.

Comfortable stay. Good property.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, - spread over a large area with lovely wood cottages. The atmosphere is serene, with plenty of greenery around. The breakfast spread was good.

Cons:

Room maintenance needs to be looked into. All rooms were not ready for checking in.
Another thing that needs to change is how drinking water is supplied. They provide packaged bottled water, which generates a huge amount of plastic waste.

A disappointing stay, mainly due to the cold welcome and lack of hospitality.
Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays of my trip in Kerala.

From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and unfriendly. There was barely a greeting before I was asked for my passport, and I never felt genuinely welcomed as a guest.

The atmosphere throughout the property felt strangely rigid and uncomfortable. Even dinner had to be decided and ordered well in advance, which made the whole experience feel more like following a schedule than enjoying a relaxing hotel stay.

The restaurant was particularly uninviting, with very little atmosphere, and the overall experience did not match what I expected from the description and photos of the property.

The location and surroundings have potential, but hospitality makes a huge difference — and unfortunately, that was what was missing most during my stay.

For me, this property did not live up to expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

A wonderful welcoming place with the BEST staff
Pros:

Loved the buildings but most of all the staff are just BRILLIANT and were loads of fun and so kind to my youngest son, with whom I was travelling
