Room and bathroom are very clean..We stayed there for 2 nights..one day hot water available..next day no hot water
Complimentary breakfast not at all good..all foods are cold.. especially boiled egg..so I asked for half boil but they didn't provide..
Supportive staff..... nice location....neat and clean. Overall, the stay was comfortable.
The complementary breakfast was served in a pathetic manner...felt like, something free is being given away.....
Breakfast was okay.
I booked three rooms. 2 rooms were okay. One room was terrible. The bed was not made. Pillows, sheets and blanket were in a corner of the room. The room was smelling very very bad. Room was very dusty. Asked for another room but not available. After cleaning for about an hour and replacing the sheets and blanket, the room was still smelly. Used deodorant spray. Still no good. Looked like this room was not used for a long time.
The aluminum strip between wood floor and tiles in all three rooms were either loose or bent and was very hazardous. Wore shoes in one room to avoid injury to the feet.
The facilities were up to standard but maintenance and upkeep was non existent.
