Overall Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The absolute highlight of our stay was the room size—it felt just like a cozy, full-sized one-bedroom apartment. The hotel provides most necessary amenities, and the overall breakfast spread was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and tried their best throughout our visit.

Cons:

On the downside, the room lacked a mini-fridge. The pool isn't temperature-controlled, making it too cold to enjoy comfortably. The bakery section at breakfast could also use an upgrade, as options were limited and the bread was quite hard. Lastly, the property is located a bit far from the valley, and the hotel seemed slightly understaffed during our stay.

Good stay at Thekkady
Pros:

Compared to other Sterling hotels, this one a small property. Slightly away from the main junction, the location of hotel is peace & calm. The main market is just a walk away from the hotel. Our room was spacious, there was a bedroom & a living room.

Cons:

We were expecting to have a good breakfast but due to low occupancy there was no buffet. The staff seemed a bit confused to deliver the food we ordered. Otherwise a good stay.

Pros:

This hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. Every member of the staff is kind, polite, and professional. Their manners and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located near the market, so you can easily go out to eat, shop, or explore the area. It's right in the heart of the town, which makes everything very accessible.
We had a wonderful experience staying here. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
