Excellent clean pool that is a great bonus space to swim and relax after visiting the periyar reserve. We had a mountain view suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating.
Great civilised hotel in the centre of town. The staff were all friendly and engaged. The rooftop pool was fabulous and the views from there too. The restaurant manager Sony was very kind to us and the chef came out to speak with us even though it was a busy night.
It would be nice if they had a proper bar or served alcohol in the caffeine café. You had to go into the restaurant to have a drink even though people might be cleaning all around you.
