The location was very easily accessible by road. The property has enough car parking facilities.
There could be some improvement in the way guests are given guidance in respect of tourism-related facilities, visit-timings, booking requirements etc.. That is one area where I felt needs to be more professional.

Location was good,facilities were nice and staff were very decent
We need to leave car keys at front desk which may not be comfortable for some.But again it is safe.Staffs are very supportive and there were no incidents.

Location. Very limited options on the restaurant. The hotel being located on the border of Kerala and Tamilnadu. There was a very limited options for kerala and Tamil Nadu food. Most of the menu was north indian which doesn't represent the region and had to avoid food from the restaurant.
No proper food..we omly hv to eaat what they provide..no choice of ours..very bad..if asked they saying no lpg..in restaurants they hv to hv everything if not they MUST reduce the prize

Great stay. I recommend it for families with children staying. First of all, feel safe while staying at the hotel. Secondly, The Hotel Roof top Swimming pool is best suited for the Kids. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located near many tourist spots, including Periyar Lake, Elephant Junction, Cultural shows, and plantations. Finally, Restaurants offer the best dishes, and i recommend taking food earlier start of breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for a better experience.
