Super breakfast and good location
wide spread of breakfast. definitely worth for money. location is good. rooms were huge. early check in was helpful with kids. Housekeeping was perfect.

The property was awesome in all aspects. To be honest I had stayed in Sterling resort Thekkady 8-10 years back and was expecting the same. I checked in with but of hesitation but from the moment we reached the reception for check in the experience was great in all aspects!
Service, food, room and the cleanliness !!
Terrible sound from the top floor till 11 pm, can't sleep..Food spread was not good.
All service is good.

Located beside the main road
The location was very easily accessible by road. The property has enough car parking facilities.
There could be some improvement in the way guests are given guidance in respect of tourism-related facilities, visit-timings, booking requirements etc.. That is one area where I felt needs to be more professional.

Location was good,facilities were nice and staff were very decent
We need to leave car keys at front desk which may not be comfortable for some.But again it is safe.Staffs are very supportive and there were no incidents.
