Food was a bi costly
Room size, amenities, smiling & helpful staffs, value for money
Breakfast spread was less, taste also need improvement, idli was hard & not as expected, other foods tastes also not satisfactory.

Nice room. Very comfortable and spacious. All the amenities were provided.
Food is pathetic. And the lady who takes room service order was very very ill mannered and rude. She doesn't know how to talk to guests. Guys please avoid room service or esle you will regret. After that we straightaway went to hotel hollong for dinner.

Breakfast very minimalistic ; curtain don't close properly, as sun rises very early in the East, sunlight would penetrative thru @4 AM.

The location and overall cleanliness , behaviour of staffs and service was very good .
Special mention about Mr. Khan , duty manager he made sure we always feel comfortable during our stay
Doors are not soundproof and corridor always has used plates from guest room waiting , which smells and doesn’t look good while passing by

Not value for money, Rs. 3000 per day without complimentary breakfast... Early check-in price is too high, without any price clarity.. Over phone the early check-in price was less, but during actual billing it's high.. No cars available for rent.... Shaving kits out of stock, complimentary water not given instead of paying early check-in.. Normal filter water provided...
Overall very bad experience, paying such high amount..
