I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay.

Upon arrival, my booked room was not available. After complaining to customer care, I were sent to a different location.

Additionally, during our stay, there was no hot water, and both the TV and AC were not working. The bedsheet in the room was also not clean, and it was only after multiple complaints that the hotel staff eventually changed it.
