Location

Cons:

Untidy , Broken commode in the toilet , bed spreads and pillow
Covers unchanged ,were dirty on all the cots , split AC not effective , broken cupboards . Not dusted at all. Broken doors . Over all a very bad experience . Floors not swept. Needs proper cleaning and maintenance . We reached late and we had no other option but to stay and leave early next day . Couldn’t take pictures as we were so upset .

friendly staffs bed was large and comfortable rooms were also large and spacious and parking is easy accessable

Cons:

location is literally middle of nowhere and there are not much transportation or even people movment for about 700 meter in case of emergency.

Good location if you are planning to go to Tirumala by steps from Srivari.
Pros:

Location is good. You get the scenic hill view from the hotel. The meals available are more than descent. Very nearer to the srivari mettu and they can arrange the Auto early in the morning. Just note the Auto driver number if you want to come back from Alipiri starting point (where buses drops you from Tirumala when coming back)

Cons:

Only drawback is, this place is bit far from city. Rest all is good.
