Foarte mulțumită, iar calitatea serviciilor a fost perfectă pentru mine și copil.
Pros:

Este un hotel foarte bine poziționat, aproape de centru, magazine în imediata apropiere. Personalul este foarte amabil și mereu la dispoziția clienților, prietenos cu copiii și atent la nevoile clienților. Camera a fost curată, foarte călduroasă, baia spațioasă, apa caldă și cu presiune mare. Prețul este foarte bun, iar cafeaua de la bar și mai bună. Am avut o vacanță la schi reușită. Vom reveni cu siguranță la această locație.

Pros:

Personal si curatenie de nota 10. Paturile sunt confortabile, toate cametele au balcon (mare plus pentru fumatori).

Cons:

Miros neplacut in baie, mai ales la parter, probabil o problema la canalizare. Din pacate, bucataria restaurantului e inchisa, iar peretii nu izoleaza fonic prea bine...
Desi apreciez ca n-am dus lipsa de caldura si apa calda, a fost totusi mult prea cald.

LOCATIA A FOST PERFECTA ,APROAPE DE PARCUL CENTRAL, APROAPE DE SPITAL, UNDE AM AVUT EU TREABA, PACAT CA NU AU MIC DEJUN.

Cons:

Am stat mai mult in camera si a fost foarte mult zgomot...nu inteleg de ce, poate se lucra ceva...Si a fost destul de rece in camera, se oprea caldura din calorifer, dar era in camera un calorifer electric , deci pana la urma a fost OK

Pros:

Locația centrala, curățenie, raport bun preț calitate, personal foarte fain, atent la solicitări. Pt 2 zile de mers la partie e super, având în vedere cele 3 stele

Lipsa bucătăriei și pereți subțiri, dacă ai ghinion de vecini gălăgioși se aude
