Accueil, situation, vue, architecture de l'établissement, Spa, bain nordique, restaurant, prise pour recharger la TESLA en 22 KW, Calme, propreté, literie.
L'absence de prise dans la chambre (Une seule et mal placée au pied du lit) donc pas de possibilité de recharger ordi portable, téléphone etc... Pas de produits dans la salle de bain (seulement shampoing savon et conditionneur au lavabo et dans la douche). Coffre fort non utilisable ( bloqué en position ouverte), Petit déjeuner en chambre pour lequel il faut préciser le nombre de tablettes de beurre, de confiture, de pain de viennoiserie etc..
Schade, dass über Booking keine Halbpension oder mindestens Frühstück gebucht werden kann.
The location is excellent and it is an attractive building with an elevated position on a hilltop with spectacular views from the terrace to the countryside below.
The staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming and particularly so at reception when I at checked in.
Breakfast was good and it was nice taking breakfast seated under the canopy on the open sided terraced area overlooking the scenery below.
The room was quite small but acceptable for me on a solo trip.
I would happily stay there again should I visit that area again.
There was noise from the room above when someone was bouncing something on the floor and also from the adjoining room when they appeared to be using the wardrobe, but this fortunately did not happen when I was trying to sleep.
I only ate dinner in the resaurant one evening and it was okay, but nothing special and I doubt that I would have chosen to have eaten there again if I was staying longer, however, there are a number of alternative places to eat in the pretty village only a short walk from the hotel.

L'accueil est vraiment super, la qualité du lieu, une très belle "maison". L'espace spa est particulièrement propre. C'est la 2eme fois que l'on vient.
Juste dommage que le sauna extérieur soit fermé
Notre séjour à la Bastide de Tourtour a été un véritable cadeau pour mon anniversaire : la vue depuis la terrasse de notre chambre nous a coupé le souffle. Entre le charme unique du lieu, le spa où nous avons vraiment déconnecté, et le repas du soir absolument succulent, nous avons vécu un moment aussi chaleureux qu’inoubliable.

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h et nous avons pu avoir la chambre que à 15h comme indiqué sur le checking, sachant que nous sommes venus en fin de saison et l’hôtel était très peu occupé C’est la première fois que nous avons dû patienter, car nous étions arrivés une heure en hors saison
Le jacuzzi intérieur était en maintenance et la piscine intérieure également froide. Je pense que c’est un séjour top on été mais hors période. Si vous voulez profiter du spa il y aura beaucoup mieux en rapport qualité prix.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait
Eigenlijk het hele plaatje, maar het dorpje op 5 minuten loopafstand maakte het voor ons onvergetelijk. Een onverwachte top bestemming.
