Peço estorno do valor, liguei na pousada, pedi alteração da data para dia 30/06 e eles confirmaram, porém, chegando no hotel, informaram que não tinha reserva e cobraram outra diária

Não reservem neste hotel, fiz reservas de dois quartos para viagem em família e quando cheguei em Trindade -GO o gerente me ligou e falou que não podia me receber por que havia locado os quartos para outros hóspedes. Aí tive que me virar e ir para outro hotel. Péssimo, só causou transtorno na minha viagem. Sugiro pesquisarem outros locais para ficar em Trindade ou mesmo locar hotéis em Goiânia que fica próximo e atendem com excelência.

Tenho que voltar , eu lembro do café da manhã
Pros:

O café da manhã é o diferencial, completo tem tudo ,salgados biscoitos bolos frutas sucos naturais, nem em maragogi o café era bom igual esse . Tira o almoço no café se for desgastar de 5% do que servi . Parabéns
