Pros:

石庭露天風呂が素晴らしかった。

Cons:

1部屋に1人で泊まったが、割高の料金の割にお得感が無い。家族向けの部屋だったのかベッドが４個も有りそれぞれが狭い。もっとゆったりとしたベッドで寝たかった。

A disappointing stay—outdated, cold rooms and ski lifts closed
Pros:

The Onsen was great! so was the environment outside of the hotel

Cons:

We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. To start, the room was very old and freezing. The radiator was non-functional and the wind was literally blowing the curtains because of the poor insulation. While the staff did eventually move us to a better room, the overall service was poor.

Additionally, the "ski-in/ski-out" location was a letdown. We only discovered after renting all our equipment that the main resort was closed, with only one tiny beginner slope open. While the hotel doesn't run the lifts, it is incredibly unfair not to inform guests of this in advance. We spent a lot of money on rentals and a booking that we never would have made had we been told the truth about the slopes.

Also, while we don't mind a language barrier, there was a total lack of willingness to help. A major issue is that many things at are cash only, yet there is no ATM on-site. The nearest ATM is 20km away, and to get there, you have to pay a road toll—which also requires cash! This created a "catch-22" situation that the staff seemed completely indifferent to.

Between the lack of transparency, the poor room quality, and the "cash only" hurdles, we cannot recommend staying here.
