Dover comunicare con il Hotel in inglese, questo nel Vallese in Svizzera
The staff wherever friendly especially towards my dog.
The staff made you feel at home.
The room was simple but spotless.
Hotel was only a few mins walking distance to cross country tracks.
Hotel is in the center of the village but still very quiet.
Breakfast was very good. The eggs were super fresh and the bread was delicious. The cafe was also very good.
nothing
Gutes Frühstück.
Freundliches Personal.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Skiraum.
Zentral gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich bekam Frühstück too go, weil ich bereits vor 8 Uhr unterwegs war.

Hotel and the rooms are simple and old style, but very clean and goid location close to the cross country trails. During the week it was calm, silent room, perfect for time out and relax.
New owner brings a bit different athmosphäre and the first impression was surprising not the usual welcoming but made the feeling money comes first, was strange that no German was spoken.
The staff was very nice though, but there was only one choice of dinner menü, for 45chf each, where the meat was really not good, could not cut and eat. We gave feedback and the owner did not seemed to care. Fair would have been to apologize and offer one of the drinks price reduced as it may happen in other places if something goes wrong. The Apple pie was excellent though!
We would suggest to have next to the menü for single guests small 4-5 choices of simple traditional á la card menü, a bit cheaper each meal, as 4 courses menü may be too much anyways, many guest are happy with a salad and a Käseschnitte, or Schnitzel Pommes, polenta with vegi etc. to make a bit life a silent background music during the meals. with a bit more choices, more guets may stay, making it better athmosphere in the evenings.
The breakfast was simple and good, however same type of bread whole week, maybe you could varry a bit once white, some Zopf, some croissants some days. And some sweet cake, like muffins etc. If less people during the weekdays, you ask guests if they prefer to have meat and cheese as well, only serve it to the buffet if they request it.
The ski room used to be as it is, but idea for upgrading it could be to make it a bit more isolated and friendly, less cold with maybe 1-2 cabins (men and women) evt with showers and heated shoeracks, similar to changing rooms in the nordic centers, could add a badge lock with guest cards, so checked out guests could change after the last cross country trip. Leave the card in a letterbox. This would solve the issue with guests wanting to go back to the rooms to shower.
Zentral gelegen. Gute Lage
Nichts zu beanstanden.
The staff. Roberta is an outstanding staff, always available to assist the guests, going beyond expectations.
