Senti-me em casa.
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável. Localizado a beira mar. Restaurante excelente, comida deliciosa e variada. A euipe do hotel é o ponto alto: todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

Most luxurious hotel in Umluj
Pros:

It is a pretty big and luxurious hotel by the beach just outside Umluj town. It has a good restaurant which serves open buffet for breakfast and either a la carte or open buffet for dinner (depending on the day of the week I presume). There is a decent gym on the top floor with amazing sea views. Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need. They gave us free upgrade to a room with full sea views which also had a balcony.

Cons:

There was only one type of pillows which was too thick & firm to our preference. Would be nice if the hotel can put at least two types of pillows so that people can choose. It is challenging to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Good Product let down by staff lack of basic friendliness
Pros:

More modern as expected. Clean.

Cons:

Unresponsive bellman who didn’t leave his desk inside despite no guests around. He only pointed to some parking but never offered help - which I didn’t need but still.

Emotionless receptionist - no “welcome”, no “enjoy your stay” and after a 5 hrs nap there was “safe journey & thank you.”

Basics in any hotel.

Lovely staff, clean and spacious rooms, although sadly not an inviting beach to swim
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We were offered an upgrade to a partial sea view which was great - thank you! The beds were so comfortable.

The hotel is one of the few that has direct access to the beach, has a pool (although very cold), and decent food at the restaurant.

There is a gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (which you have to book in advance and has seperate times for men and women and some mixed times). The staff at the gym - Samar, and Rachesh, are super friendly and helpful - they really made our stay so much more enjoyable. The sauna and steam room are clean, and were nice to use, even as a women.

We only ordered a small meal at the restaurant, which was fine. The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

We specifically came to this hotel as we read that the beach in front was good for snorkelling, however that wasn’t the case at all. No one uses the beach to swim, it’s quite rough and whatever coral is there, has died. It’s directly next to a public area that has a big sign that states “unsafe for swimming”. It’s also advertised that there are boat trips, but staff informed us that all were cancelled and weren’t so helpful to provide useful alternatives. This was disappointing for us, as this is something we wanted to do on our trip and why we stayed at this hotel

مكان راقيه جدا لكن سعره غالي جدا ومبالغ فيه

انا كمرشده سياحيه آنصح بالاقامه فيه بسبب اولا اخلاق الموظف سلطان بصراحه قبل اححز بالبوكنق كلمته وكان اسلوبه جدا لبق وجميل متعاون بشكل ممتاز اذا الموظف كانت اخلاقه عاليه الزبون يحب يكرر الزياره اكيد بالنسبه للغرفه جدا نظيفه وكل شي كان موجود فيها غير الضيافه اللي كانت موجوده فيها كل الشكر لمدير الفندق لكن الاسعار جدا مبالغ فيها المفروض ايام الاسبوع اقل من كذا علشان نقدر نجلس كم ليله فيها بالنسبه للمطعم ماشاء الله حبيت طبخهم جميل ورائع لكن اتمنى النظر باسعار هم

اللي ما عجبني بصراحه اول مره اشوف فندق يطفي كل الاضاءه اللي ع الشاطى ياليل يعني في زيائن المفروض في اضاءه ع الشاطى الواحد يسافر علشان يجلس ع البحر حتى لو مافي احد ع الشاطىء المفروض في اضاءه فندق مرسى حقل نفس نظامكم لكن حاطين اضاءه جميله بعد الساعه 2 تبقى شغاله لين النهار يطلع هذا الشي ضايقني كثير اتمنى مدير الفندق ينظر للموضوع
