Pros:

Дякую персоналу готелю за людиноцентричність! Так сталося, що непередбачувано змінилися плани щодо перебування через медичне питання. Адміністрація поставилася з розумінням до ситуації. Дуже цінно, коли є таке ставлення до клієнта. Сподіваюся буду мати нагоду відвідати це чудове місце іншим, більш сприятливим, часом. Бажаю вдячних відвідувачів та комфортного перебування усім!

Чудовий готель для сімейного відпочинку і релаксу в спа.
Pros:

Сніданок смачний, спа чудове, номер просторий і гарний. Персонал привітний. Їжа в ресторані дуууже смачна. Ви чудові, бажаю розвитку!

Pros:

Найбільший плюс цього готелю це ресторан та офіціанти. Дуже смачна їжа, гарна подача та швидке обслуговування. Офіціанти веселі, професійні. Велика територія з різними рослинами та тваринками. Наявність термальних басейнів.

Cons:

Вікриваєш двері в номер і бачиш пил по куткам. Номер погано прибраний. Абсолютно незручна ванна кімната, мало світла , в душовій зовсім темно. Душова та кран в нальоті. В душі є тільки верхня лійка і зовсім незручно мити дитину. Немає дзеркала на весь зріст , навіть в коридорі. За спа та басейн треба доплачувати окремо , в робочі дні працює не все. Відсутній міні бар (навіть якщо і за додаткову плату) Як і пишуть нижче , все дійно потребує покращень. Ціна та 4 зірки не відповідають тому , що отримуєш. Низька клієнтоорінтованість готелю. Ми побували в різних готелях і , на мою думку, за таку ціну хотілось би бачити більш цікаве дизайнерське рішення в номерах + зараз готелі дають якійсь плюшки ( дитячу косметику, чи міні кремчики , безкоштовна зарядка для електромобілів та інше ) .

Pros:

Відкритий термальний басейн, сніданок, привітний персонал. Дітям подобається територія і годування оленів.

Cons:

Всі рушники в номері були з дирками. Матрац на двоспальному ліжку з сильним проваллям на стику двох матраців, - на ранок дуже боліла стіна.
