Pros:

Дежурная администратор- спасибо огромное ей. Не узнали имя, но дежурство - 22 апреля. 💕Гостиница точно только в выигрыше, имея таких сотрудников. Плюс персонал ресторана- это просто отличное настроение для гостей обеспечено 🙂 Много живых, дорогих цветов, за ними точно ухаживают профи. Цветы очень добавляют к атмосфере отеля.

Коли будемо наступного разу в місті - знаємо, де комфортно зупинитися :)
Pros:

Ідеальний персонал. Швидко знаходять вирішення питання. Оперативно допомогли з питанням раннього заїзду. Номер був підготовлений набагато раніше офіційного заїзду.
Додатково допомогли із питанням «зберігання речей» після виїзду задля можливості прогулятися по місту без багажу до відʼїзду з міста.
Додаткове ліжко для дитини - дуже приємний бонус :)

Все понравилось, все удобно и чисто, комфортно. Единственное претензия к завтракам, которые включены в стоимость номера – невкусно, всё холодное. Это единственное что подпортила впечатление об отеле
