Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit viel Komfort, herzlichem Service und Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und ein rundum entspannter Aufenthalt. Perfekt, um nach einem Skitag zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ❄️😊

Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Besonders der Wein hat uns begeistert: tolle Auswahl mit hochwertigen regionalen Weinen und sehr guter Beratung. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und aufmerksamer Service.

Direkt neben dem Skigebiet Kronplatz gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze an der Unterkunft – ideal für einen unkomplizierten Skiurlaub. ❄️⛷️

Super schönes familiengeführtes Hotel in absoluter Traumlage und Aussicht in die Berge, sehr freundliches Personal, super Essen. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich mehr Punkte vergeben.

Krásné wellness centrum s možností jít ven, sauny s výhledem do okolí. Odvoz privátním skibusem přímo k lanovce. Velice bohatá snídaně. Prostorný pokoj

Cons:

Wellness pouze do 19 hod. V tomto čase vše vypne bez upozornění - i SVĚTLA a pak bloudíte skoro potmě ven :-(.

الموظف اللي بالاستقبال كان عنصري واسلوبه وقح ومايحب العرب ومعي بنتي صغيره رفض يدخلها يقول ما اضفتها بالحجز لازم تدفع لها ولا ماتدخل علماً باني دفعت لها ولا غير الغرفه جاب لي كنبه صغيره واكثر من عائله جات بدون اضافة الاطفال بعضهم دفعهم وبعضهم مادخلهم نصيحه للي بيحجز عندهم لازم يظيف الاطفال اللي معه والفطور سيئ مافيه تنوع واذا تتاخر ماتحصل شي يقولك خلص ماجيت بدري

Cons:

Nessuna nota negativa ma solo piccoli accorgimenti per eccellere (nostro parere) come bollitore acqua in camera, più assortimento nel frigo bar, zanzariere alle finestre.
