Pros:

The staff was super friendly, helpful and highly professional. The food is truly excellent, you have a feeling that you are dining at a 5* restaurant. We had a nice room with bunk beds, which was big enough for us (2 adults, 2 kids and a baby). The Hotel is close to the center and also you can have a nice little walk to Panorama restaurant. On the way there is a Little playground for kids and also you will meet a quiet a lot of animals - pigs, cows, chickens and horses (with riding school). Kids loved it. Also there is a skibus, driving quiet frequently, which takes you directly to the Olang 1&2. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The kids zone had cold floor and had Little to do for a 7 year old. Nice for small children.

Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie, wykwintna kolacja. Dojazd na stoki hotelowym skibusem bardzo wygodny. Miła obsługa. W hotelu pięknie pachnie :)

Great location focused on people with children.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent; dinner was very good. The bike storage area was fantastic! The lady who does the massages is amazing; I highly recommend booking treatments with her. The spa was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The suite I booked on the Booking App stated that it had a kitchenette; however, it did not have one. In fact, none of the rooms in the hotel have kitchenettes. I discussed this issue with the management, and they said the description would be corrected. They gave me a nice bottle of red wine to compensate for the confusion.
