Geared for families
Pros:

Seamlessly geared for families - from check in, meals, play areas, diaper bins in the rooms, this hotel knows what families need! Friendly staff, scrumptious and nutritious meal options especially for little tastebuds, and overall pleasant experience. Close to major attractions which makes it an ideal distancel for little travellers too.

Cons:

It is on the pricier side, including dinner, but there’s a lot included and you do feel you’re getting a quality experience for the price.

Avondeten was goed. Housecleaning was goed.

Cons:

Verouderde badkamers. Mini club was erg teleurstellend: nauwelijks kleurpotloden voor de kinderen, te weinig lettertjes om een armbandje mee te maken. Het was een miniclub met weinig resources. Minidisco was a joke: eenmaal per week en geen ervaring bij de monis ondanks mid season. Heel erg teleurstellend!

The treatment was extremely unfriendly and very exploitative, and there was absolutely no kindness shown toward the children. There are many hotels in the same area with a pool and playgrounds for less than half the price of this one. We paid 678 € for one night — an unbelievable amount for zero quality of service and nothing special offered.

I booked the room for two children and mentioned that I also have a third child who is 3 years old. There was already a small bed in the room, yet they did not change the room or add any extra bed. When we checked in, the employee said she would “only add the tax,” and I asked her about availability for two additional nights. The price she gave was extremely high and similar to the website, and she said the room would be larger. I told her the price was too expensive and that I did not want to book the extra nights.

Despite that, she added 80€ for the third child — a 3‑year‑old — even though they did not change the room or add any bed.

4 stelle S super meritate, ho colto l'occasione mesi orsono e ho prenotato una suite con vasca idromassaggio, camera bellissima e molto ampia, con lungo terrazzo, l'area wellness è completa e molto curata, buffet a colazione e cena molto ben assortiti, la cena varia con piatti ottimi e molto curati, ampia scelta di vini, ottimo anche lo spuntino pomeridiano, bellissima la piscina a sfioro dotata di idromassaggio con vista panoramica, sempre disponibile e attento il personale

Cons:

Sarebbe il caso di riservare ai soli adulti la piscina a sfioro, visto che quella interna è praticamente sempre occupata da una moltitudine di bambini

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Durante il soggiorno è stato il mio compleanno e oltre a farmi trovare la torta a colazione (candelina inclusa) e un palloncino, a cena ho trovato anche un piccolo pensiero. Personale molto attento, servizi top, dalle escursioni organizzate alla spa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Schone kamer, ontbijt was goed, diner redelijk.

Cons:

Accommodatie wordt aangeduid als hondvriendelijk. Dit hebben wij niet zo ervaren en daarbij € 25 per dag was te veel betaald.
