Breathtaking view and stay in the mountains.
Pros:

The location. We were guests in middle of August, when is pretty crowded. Its so peaceful, calm, modern hotel with amazing view.

Cons:

We booked a room with mountain view ( booked with Booking ), but its mostly parking view, so it would be better if ist written correctly, especially that we paid this more then regular room. Some dishes for dinner looked amazing but without any special taste, everything else including breakfast was tasty.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf dat naar al onze wensen en verwachtingen voldeed.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt in buffetvorm met voldoende keuze. Ook het diner was lekker met vooraf (tijdens ontbijt) te kiezen hoofdgerecht. Zeer rustig gelegen op ±1800m hoogte in het wandel- & skigebied Kronplatz. Een aanrader!

Cons:

Geen tegenvallers of opmerkingen. Wel nuttig om te weten dat het hotel enkel bereikbaar is via een lange steile weg waar auto's nipt elkaar kunnen kruisen.

Staff eccellente e cortese. Tutti indistintamente. Struttura meravigliosa sia per le camere che per il resto. Colazione strepitosa e cena ottima. Il caminetto

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi la mancanza di un bollitore per tè e caffè in camera e le bevande alla cena un pochino care....manca inoltre un'illuminazione adeguata al make-up in bagno

Pros:

Das Hotel bietet sehr angenehmen Luxus. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam (vorallem unser Kellner Radu). Das Essen war sehr lecker. Vom Hotel ist der Kronplatz zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Pool hätte wärmer sein können.

Rien à dire d'autre que nous avons passé un séjour parfait
Pros:

La vue, la chambre, le personnel, la nourriture, les massages.... en somme, on a tout aimé

Cons:

Le dessert inclus dans le menu n'est pas sujet à un choix contrairement aux Primi e Secondi, cela pourrait être amélioré même si au final les serveurs proposaient des alternatives

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The pool area was also very nice, with a great atmosphere and a lovely outlook.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service, especially from the restaurant staff, was disappointing. One issue was the table reservation system. The same tables were assigned to the same rooms throughout the stay and were not changed, even when better tables by the windows were available. Those tables remained reserved for other rooms instead of being offered to guests, which felt unfair and reduced the dining experience

Nice getaway in the mountains
Pros:

The spa is phenomenal. The infinity pool overlooks the mountains and the saunas are amazing too. Breakfast and dinner was delicious!! My massage was amazing too. We used this accommodation to do the Tre cime hike and it’s a not too long drive there. The hotel is on top of the mountain, so you feel very at peace and can recharge your batteries. The rooms are very spacious and the whole hotel felt very clean. The staff is really friendly as well.
