La tranquilidad, la excelente vista y la cordialidad de Kitty y George
Pros:

En general todo estuvo perfecto, comenzando por la hospitalidad, la amabilidad y preocupación por brindar una excelente estadía nos sorprendió gratamente. La limpieza fue otro factor importante.
El desayuno fue maravilloso para todos los gustos muy variado y cosas muy ricas, el kuchen de frambuesa con arándanos espectacular, y esos huevos preparados con tanto esmero. La verdad recomendable al 200%

Die Lage am und der Blick auf den Valdivia-Fluss sind kaum zu toppen, allerdings etwas außerhalb von Valdivia. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wir hatten mit George einen sehr netten und zugewandten Gastgeber! Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen vom Gastgeber gebauten Kofferlift für das Gepäck, da alle Zimmer im 1. OG liegen. Das Haus selbst hat eine sehr persönliche und individuelle Note. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenpool, der jahreszeitlich bedingt nicht mehr in Betrieb war.

Cons:

Es gibt Katzen im Haus, das sollte man wissen.

Pros:

Very clean, lovely view, welcoming host. We were happy that there was a desk in the room so we could work. Also was super that there were some English speaking channels on the TV.

Cons:

Shower too a long time to heat up.

Un lugar hermoso al que vuelvo una vez más. La vista hermosa y la pieza muy cómoda.
Pros:

El desayuno es por lejos el mayor fuerte de este hotel, junto con su ubicación, que posee una vista hermosa del Río Cruces. Los cuartos muy espaciosos y se siente la privacidad en la habitación.

Cons:

La ubicación puede ser cómoda para gente con auto, pero si no tienes vehículo, dependes del transporte público (que no es malo en frecuencia ni comodidad, para un microbús).

Lamentablemente la TV que tenía la habitación estaba un poco obsoleta y se pegaba al intentar transmitir algo desde un aparato personal (como un celular o Computador portátil)
