Pros:

The hotel was decent. Size of room was less and breakfast was not provided even though they have charged 18000 plus including GST .I think it should be included in the package.Rest hotel is in good area and connectivity is good .

Cons:

As hotel rooms are overpriced and facilities must be more as per the price .
Room size is less as compared to what they are charging. Total 6 rooms are there in property .Asked to fix the TV which could not be done during our 3 days stay .Rest cleanliness is good

Don't get attracted by the photo's of nicely decorated rooms, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
Pros:

Walkable distance from Assi Ghat
The chef and some of the staff were were helpful and tried arranging things as per our requirements.
The rooms were neat & well decorated but very small in size with no ventilation/windows.
No AC in restaurant

Cons:

1. This so called 4 star property was not worth the money. The property owner is extremely money minded, greedy and rude as he took an advance for securing our booking (although in the booking.com website it was clearly stated that no advance to be paid and cancellation was possible 1 day before check-in). Still we paid as required by the owner Mr. Shashvat Seth.
2. Again upon arrival and checking in, we were told to pay the full amount for our 2 nights stay in advance without which they will not allow us to stay which is unheard of even in 5 star hotels.
3. Food was very expensive, e.g. one aloo parantha costed Rs.350/-
4. The owner ignored our calls and did not even had the courtesy to respond.
5. Interestingly if you check all the feedbacks, any negative feedback given by guest is responded by the owner as fictitious and AI generated whereas all positive feedbacks are genuine. I think its the other way around. God bless his level of intelligence.

Cons:

High price, practically no service, there are just 2 multi purpose employees who sleep in the dining room. The rooms are small, beds are small and it's just barely has skeletal functionality, not worth the price and the marketing pitch. The whole place stinks of sewage from the adjoining open drain .

Staff, external peaceful area, cuisine - The property is nice looking with a small external area that offers the chance to relax while having a delicious Indian meal. Staff is ready to accomodate your requests

Beautiful hotel and walking distance to Assi ghat

Cons:

The pictures can't show the correct size of the rooms. All the facilities and food are above average. But room sizes are quite small. The price of the room doesn't match the facilities and room size at all! Everything considered, the cost of the room should not be more than 3000.
